In 2004, when I was living in Washington DC, I bought two sets of flatware in Costco. It looked so nice and at very good price!! We move from there and I keep those boxes. Now, 10 years later, we move again now to Egypt and I decided to leave my old flatware in my country and replace it for the brand new flatware I bought and I had a big surprise: knifes of both boxes are with edges with no sharpness at all, and the brochure inside said that this wonderful set had Steak knives too!!" HOW DARE YOU to sell something useless!! Your quality standards are cero. And how Costco accept to sell your poor merchandise!! I feel really assaulted. You know this happened!!"

I have had my Gourmet Settings set for about 10 years and I still love it. It has held up very well as the quality and weight is first rate. I recently contacted Gourmet settings direct to replace lost pieces, mainly teaspoons. I did not even think it was possible. The customer service rep Phyl, was wonderful. She helped me figure out my pattern, finish and even went the extra mile to find stray pieces. Pricing was so reasonable that purchased 2 extra sets. Wonderful product and great customer service. Thank you.
