From the start of our communication, through to the end of our service call, Jeff was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Jeff is incredibly easy to work with and in addition to fixing our gas (napoleon) fireplace in one visit, he left it looking brand new. Jeff did an excellent job for me. He pointed out what problems my fireplace is having. only replaced part that is needed, that is the less expensive option. chekced everything about fireplace, gave me good advice. cleaned and vacummed fireplace area after, nice and clean job. I would recommand him to anyone.
