VERY good experience here today. Came in unsure of what i wanted but left feeling very welcomed and happy with my purchase. Very nice person helped me today named jacob! He was so so helpful and knowledgeable on the product he was selling me. He pointed me in the right direction of product and told me about each of their perks and helped me find product that suited ME best. I will be returning next time Im in the area. Thanks again Jacob!

Bought the dream cream for my son who has bad eczema and wow! Total game changer. Literally within 2 days of using it twice a day, his eczema has completely cleared up. So thankful for this product!

Lush is one of my favourite stores! I absolutely love going through their various creams, bath bombs, shampoos and all the other things they have!Their products smell and feel amazing! I definitely like this store more than their store in Vancouver Downtown! (mainly because it's bigger and looks more cheerful)The employees are always so warm and helpful! Cannot rave enough about this place!

Smells so good already when you pass by their store. We went here to buy some gifts for my daughter's friend. Ladies here are so friendly and approachable. They are helpful to your needs.I love the assortment of colors. The store smells so goood! It makes me happy coming here. You can browse and they do not force you to buy.We will definitely come back here to buy some of their items. If only I had plenty of money. I could buy lots of stuff. This place is not cheap, though.Everything is handcraft.They have the same quality of products that were sold in the Philippines.

Stopped in to the Lush store in Woodgrove in Nanaimo for my usual Ocean Salt Scrub and Enchanted Eye Cream (the best 2 products, have used them for years, both get 5 stars too) and the clerk gave me a free sample of the Pansy Body Lotion. I tried it on my hands and was extremely pleased with how well it worked on my very dry hands.I make bracelets and was having trouble getting good pics of my bracelets on my wrist because my skin was so dry (we're talking lizard here). Used the Pansy lotion and my hands and arms were smooth and supple all day, that NEVER happens.Next time I'm in Woodgrove I will buy some. If I'm willing to part with my hard earned money, that's the best recommendation I can give.

The staff here is so nice and knowledgeable. I just wish the company would pay them appropriately. We pay a premium as customers for their product, it would be nice to shop guilt free.
