Received wonderful personal service today from the pharmacist. He came out to my car at my request to deliver my flu and booster shots. I am a disabled senior with mobility issues. He was extremely polite, kind and courteous. We are lucky to have such a great pharmacy in the neighborhood.

I've rarely had a good experience at this place. Long wait times, being hung up on when trying to call, over priced everything. If you're really desperate then go here, otherwise drive to the nearest Shoppers, Costco, or Walmart.

Lovell in Whitby Shores SmartCentre is like a little gift shop that also has drug store items. Shampoo, creams, cleansers, greeting cards, bandages etc but also so many gift items! Calendars, home items... just a lovely store to wander through, and the staff is lovely. Manager Debbie is fantastic. Been going there for years and will continue to!

I have had mostly good experiences here but I have had issues with one pharmacist who is no longer working at this location. Sometimes I have received incorrect prescriptions. I recently purchased a topical cream. I had a reaction to the cream. I have tried to return the cream but the staff has said no because I opened it. I have asked for their actual return policy but they didn't have a copy. I have also purchased candles and incense from them. It's very expensive and doesn't live up to the price. I don't plan on shopping at this location in the future. They have staff behind the pharmacy counter that demean you. I was lied to several times. Once regarding coverage. And once the pharmacist denied my medication because my doctor hadn't gotten back to them. She wouldn't even give me one pill until the next day. I was discriminated against and it's not even a controlled substance. I could go into cardiac arrest if I miss the medication but she didn't care. She also told me medication was not covered and made me pay cash. The medication was covered. I tried to get my money back and I am still waiting to hear. They are nice to you until you push back then they act like you are the problem. Some pharmacy staff are not that knowledgeable.

UN-organized, UN-friendly, UN-professional... the new pharmacist is very rude and has forgotten the most important code of ethics as a pharmacist I will embrace and advocate change in the profession of pharmacy that improves patient care." Example: older gentlemen walked in to pickup his prescription and was told they did not receive it....instead of offering to call the doctor ( it's 10am ) pharmacist said sorry you have to come back later...I am too busy ....and go see your doctor again and ask them to fax it in....very UN-professional ! This pharmacy used to be good. However

I wish I had an option to rate something below 1 star. A place where people’s time is not considered significant must not call itself a pharmacy, there are lives on line. Even after calling more than a couple hours before, the prescription is not ready at all. The surprising fact is that, after reaching there, the place didn’t look busy at all, then again it not up to me to decide if the dedicated person is doing his job to the point or not, but definitely he is suppose to respect the time of the patient.

Has the feel of an old-style Pharmacy rather than newer sleek makeup/perfume driven chain drugstores. has some unusual gifts and knick knacks. We have not used their pharmacy department.

Store staff are excellent and friendly, Recent staffing changes in the Pharmacy are horrible. Took family to get flu shot and entered about 1 hr 5 mins before closing. The Pharmacist is angrily telling an elderly lady she has to be there 2 hrs before closing to get her vaccine shot (not sure which one), website says 30 mins before closing. Overhearing this I knew we were going to have a problem. I inform the Tech that we are here for flu shots and the pharmacist standing nearby gave the biggest annoyed sigh and refused to look at us or speak. The Tech looked real nervous and starting scrambling for an excuse, then all of a sudden remembered they were out of shots. How convenient.Yesterday dropped off a Rx and they had to order it in, told me to pick it up today after 3pm. Just he forgot they close at 3pm due to NYE hours. Now have no meds til Sunday.

Amazing store with a great pharmacy team. Nikki and the pharmacy team are amazing.They also have a great selection of gifts and cards.
