We were excited to work with them. They came out and they took measurements in May. It was great. We didn't hear anything for a month so we emailed. After two months we heard back and they said they should have something for us in the coming days. That was July... It's March now....sooo???? They don't do the work they commit to. Look elsewhere.

What more could you ask for?We are so thrilled with the work that Rooted Management has done with our yard. We provided pictures of some rough ideas we had and they took the time to listen and followed through with a plan that was exactly what we were hoping for. They were also full of suggestions for how to keep things within our budget without compromising quality or the overall design. They remained consistent with the plan and the end product was even nicer than we could have imagined. Zero complaints. Zero stress during this yard overhaul. Thank you!

I was really excited to work with Rooted on my backyard after hearing great things and reading reviews. They came and looked at the backyard, took measurements, etc. and I was optimistic. However, after a few weeks they emailed me saying the quote would be coming in a day or two. A week later and no quote. I sent an email to check in about when the quote would be coming and heard nothing back. 2 months later and I haven't heard anything. Not cool that they ghosted me when I was planning to spend a significant amount of money for their services. I know it's a very busy time but they shouldn't say they're sending a quote in a couple of days if they plan on never communicating again. Would not recommend.

I'm not impressed with this company, felt they were more concerned with how much they could make out of the job. Got the feeling they were more talk, less action and focusing more on their brand or image" than my requirements. Kind of city slickers who don't follow country values. Next time instead I'll go for down-to-earth good old fashioned gardening services."

We have Rooted Landscaping come regularly to maintain our gardens and cut our grass during the summer. They are so friendly and do an amazing job! Our yard has never looked so beautiful.

Extremely pleased with the work completed on our property. Rooted constructed a big new retaining wall and planting terrace, cleared our existing rock terraces of a huge amount of brambles and weeds, and cleared and re-graded a large ramp and walkway. The work was completed quickly and professionally and the end result looks great.We'll be contracting with Rooted for further landscaping and design work going forward. Thanks for helping us realize the beautiful property we've always dreamed of!

We recently hired Rooted Landscape Management to redesign our front yard. They did a fantastic job.In the planning stage they listened to what we had in mind and offered their thoughts and ideas to improve the idea, based on their professional experience. They worked with us to find a balance of tasks, high quality materials, and professional labour which worked with our budget.When it came time to do the actual work, they clearly know what they’re doing. All work was very high quality, and they left the worksite clean after every day of work. The finished product is superb, we couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommend Rooted Landscape Management to everyone. We will definitely be hiring them again for any future landscaping projects we have.

We hired Rooted to transform our backyard this summer and it turned out better than we ever imagined. They are very professional, arrived on time each day and even stayed later certain days, excellent communication and they went above and beyond in every way. We sat out on the patio when it was half done to listen to the waterfall and we decided that lighting should be added to the waterfall. Fridays are usually a day off for them but since Ryan knew we were sitting out there at night he showed up on Friday to install it. We totally didn't expect that but appreciated it. We never once had any concerns with the work they were doing in our yard. They never missed a single day for 5 weeks and worked at least 10 hour days. We cannot give this company enough praise. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Our yard gets full sun all day and a few of our plants didn't survive the heat, but they had a warranty and they came and replaced everything that didn't make it. Krista is so knowledgeable when it comes to plants. She was a joy to work with. They cleaned up our yard at the end of every day and treated it like their own. They are extremely easy to work with and we look forward to working with them again for future projects. The absolute best company to work with. Thank you for all your hard work, Ryan, Krista, Mariah and the rest of the team. We would recommend Rooted to everyone. Please do not hesitate to hire this amazing company. 5☆
