The woman I spoke with was so helpful and so kind to me I have some difficulties with the telephone and speech I also am handicapped and she had asked me if I had applied for the handicap discount through Fraser health and a lot of people don't bother to share that kind of information anymore and I felt that it was so valuable to me she was so kind and upbeat I was having a really down day and I know this sounds kind of silly but it's 3:00 in the afternoon I'm smiling and all I did was renew my insurance so thank you for a lovely conversation wonderful information and very professional attitude I suggest going through her and I hope to again next year so thank you keep up the good work
