Clarity Over Clutter
I have had experience using this service twice in the last 2 years. In each situation we were in dire needs of help to completely empty out a home that simply had too many items to handle on our own. In each situation my Husband and I found the ladies from Clarity Over Clutter absolutely wonderful! They were professional, friendly, went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met and they were diligent in referring any items of value or personal nature before packing. I personally take strong value in the fact this service donations anything they can to local charities and does not just toss things in our landfills. I can not say enough good things about Clarity Over Clutter! They are worth the money

We could not be happier with the job that Clarity Over Clutter did for my Mother in Law! Laura and her team were professional and took care of every little detail. My Mother in Law has Parkinson's disease and had to move from her condo into assisted living within a very short time. Clarity Over Clutter made this happen for her in a very timely manner. When she walked into her new place she couldn't believe how lovely it was. She had tears in her eyes and said it felt like home. THANK YOU for making this very difficult transition as smooth as possible.

I recently was faced with the seemingly impossible task of clearing out my mom's house in order to sell, and I had no idea how I was going to have it done in time. As a strongly sentimental person I knew there were many things I wanted to keep, but even more that I simply had to let go of. The team at Clarity came in with the utmost professionalism and care, and in less than three days we had finished a job that would have probably taken me 6 months.Laura and her team were very sensitive to my wish to personally look through all of my mom's belongings before deciding what to do with them, and with incredible efficiency were able to sort the entire house into what was to be kept, donated or thrown away. They gently guided and gave me recommendations when I felt overwhelmed and wasn't sure what to do, and I just can't express enough how respectful and careful they were through the entire process.Clarity Over Clutter made an extremely painful and difficult process go more smoothly than I could have dreamed, and went above and beyond every step of the way. I can't thank them enough!!

Clarity Over Clutter
Susan recently packed up my 2 bedroom apartment. Which apparently took her and her team 14 hours and I got hit with a 3000 bill. I work out of province and wasn't available to do the move myself.Susan up charged me for all the boxes and supplies used including an admin fee for outsourcing some of the services like moving company and carpet cleaning company which she never disclosed when we initially met and isn't included in her contract.How is it possible that her team worked 14 straignt hours with no break. Highly unlikelyAnyway I will say this much they got the job done but her business practice is dishonest and despicableHire at your own risk or make sure you have someone supervising them at the very least

Highly recommend Clarity Over Clutter. Susan and her crew were professional, friendly, went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. We valued the fact their service sorts and packs as much as possible for donations to local charities. They also assisted us in organizing other services (garbage hauling, cleaning services, movers) to take the stress off us during these difficult times. We cannot say enough good things about Clarity Over Clutter!

Susan, owner of Clarity over Clutter is excellent. She is hyper-organized and no-nonsense, yet very kind and helpful. We were downsizing my dad from the family home to assisted living and had a lifetime of things to go through. She did it all for us. We only needed to go through and collect the keepsakes we wanted. What I liked most about Susan’s service is that she makes every effort to keep as much out of the dump as possible. She has relationships with many social service and charitable organizations and it made us feel good that most of the house went to good use by people in need. She also offered to get the house ready for sale, but we didn’t need that service.Susan is a wealth of knowledge and can effectively and efficiently run the show. Best of all her prices are very reasonable.I would highly recommend her company and would use her again.

I’ve worked with Susan and her team several times over the last 3 years. Most recently, I did a major kitchen renovation and they helped me pack everything up to put in storage. Once the reno was complete, they came back to help me sort through everything and purge the items that I didn’t need. I can’t recommend this company enough – they’re professional, efficient and really take the time to get to know each client and their individual needs. I’ve recommended Clarity Over Clutter to many friends and colleagues and will continue to do so!

Susan's services were thoughtful, thorough and conscientious. The whole team made things immensely easier at a difficult moment in my life, closing the apartment after my 92 year old mother passed away. By donating so much of the items we no longer wanted, it felt like some small good" came from my mother's death. I highly recommend her service to anyone. Worth every penny and more."

I was in a situation where I live out of province and my parents needed to quickly clear out their house to prepare for next steps. Susan and her team where so helpful in pulling it all together. I feel that the service is very much worth it for anyone who has down size. Susan was supportive, knowledgeable, and efficient.
