Pandora Jewellery

The service is so bad and the staff is so rude today. I just coming for jewellery cleaning service，and when i give “the manager” my pendant. She told me They don’t sell it they don’t have this kind of product. She didn’t check my account at all, i asked her to check it and she found the items i gave her before and she told me she was new here without any apologies.

I love Pandora products but I would just shop online because their staff are rude, I came in the store today but they just ignored me and gave me the look like “please don’t bother me” and when I actually asked them something they barely answered my question and turned away to keep talking to the other coworker. So I just left and ordered what I needed online.

I had a great experience at this boutique, I had a problem initally but the staff reached out to me and made sure any problem I had was resolved and I was also taken care of for any trouble that I experienced. The manager reached out to me and was taken care of me personally. Over all I would recommend this boutique for your pandora needs.

I made a recent purchase of a couple of ladybug charms. Both Merna and Jasmin were helpful and informative.

The employees were very warm and inviting.When I noticed that the rose gold Pandora ring I happened to be wearing was missing 2 stones, one of the associate was able to provide me with a contact number to Pandora Head Office to see what could be done about it.The rep was really helpful and I appreciated it.

i went yesterday to make a warranty claim on a brand new ring i bought online less than a month ago and the first thing out of one of the girls mouths was go see her at the back" so i stood in line

I’ve been a collector of Pandora products for quite a long time. But I’ve noticed that this branch especially the newer staff needs to provide better customer service or atleast will know the basics of it. And also hoping that they could help customers that seeking their assistance in getting the right measurement and not just telling you that they don’t know how. It’s so funny that you can get a better information or research on your own to find such help. And always, I could hear responses if you have inquiries or looking for something in particular or any suggestion of good deals that its better to go online and do your shopping there. But it just sometimes I need to go this branch to look for the actual item or just to get good deals and don’t have other option ‘coz its the only store in the city. Hope they will improve their customer service and maintain that kind of service that we used to have or just say abide on the corporate standards.
