Access Storage - Sarnia Point Edward

This second time here renting a locker. Your staff are friendly and helpful with thos experience. Have no issues of any kind with my stay. Great staff you have and still there.

I was so grateful for the friendly and helpful staff. I had another Storage company cancel 3 days before I needed to put the contents of my home out of town into a storage unit while I waited for my new home to be ready. Access Storage came through for me and assured me my booking was secured and it was very easy to check in and check out after 2 weeks! I highly recommend them!

We have been dealing with Access Storage in Point Edward both personally and Professionally since 2017. Nadine has been SO helpful in more ways than I can count. At one point we had 4 units rented and no matter the issue, she was alway able to help me out. I would not hesitate to recommend this location.

We had to get a storage unit for my mother's belongings after a fire at her retirement home. The young man on the phone, Josh, was so kind and helpful, we chatted for quite a while and decided that if we ever met in person we would be besties for sure! When I went to secure the unit at the Point Edward location the two ladies there, Nadine and Carrie were equally as kind, friendly and helpful. When the movers arrived with her furniture and boxes, we quickly realized that the unit was far too small. It took Nadine all of 2 minutes to secure us a bigger unit. They were all so wonderful. I would highly recommend this business. They are lucky to have such competent, helpful and friendly people on their staff.

I do not generally consider myself part of a company's HR Department, but since you don't hire people to do that anymore, I'll give it a shot. I have dealt with this location numerous times, including over the last change of ownership. My experience each time has been excellent by the Manager and all other staff.
