I love this store. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices and selection is great. I should have shares in this company for what I've bought over the years.

Not a bad store, but their return policy makes it not good either.Good location, plenty of parking, the store has a lot of items and the layout is nice. The staff are helpful and relatively informed on the products in the store, so that is nice.However I found each item was a few dollars over priced when compared to other chain stores. So if you want to save some money just buy the exact same items at Walmart or Giant Tiger.But what was really ridiculous was their return policy. They will only accept a return if the item is unused and in its original packaging. So basically all sales are final, unless you just leave it in the box.This policy is especially inconvenient when purchasing, as other stores like Costco have a satisfaction guarantee and you can return practically anything and any time.

Nice staff, some pretty good deals. Haven't been here in a very long time but it looks the same. Found what I was looking for.

Had the bill of sale and needed to exchange a set of dishes that were the wrong colour. Cashier was able to process the refund quickly. In and out in less than 15min.
