Ditched the car over a year ago for a free bicycle to commute to work. After our second snowfall I had ruined the last of the parts I hadn't already replaced and Ray helped me swap out the drive train; they went out of theirway to accommodate my picky graveyard shift demands at a phenomenal price. I'm so grateful.

My Dad took my bike in with a few others. My bike was in rough condition. The chain had seized, the gears weren't switching, the brakes were rubbing, and more. It didn't take long before I recieved a friendly text updating me on what services needed to be provided, as well as a quote of how much it would cost. I agreed, and a few days later my bike was ready for pick up. The final total was the same as the quote, and the quality of work was top notch. I've paid a lot more to get my bike running again at other places. This one is a gem! Thank you Back Pedal for getting me back on the trail again!

We found Ray a few years ago and use him for all of our bike repair needs. My son is a mountain biker and needs a lot of repair and tuning up on multiple bikes. Ray is fast and charges very reasonable prices. And he's just an all-around super nice guy! I definitely recommend Ray's to anyone looking for a bike repair, simple or complex.

So good to finally have a reliable bike shop right in my back yard! Ray offers top notch service, is knowledgable, and honest. He recently overhauled my bottom bracket and trued a wheel. Due to some shipping issues, my bike was in for longer than anticipated so he generously overhauled my headset as well. Highly recommend you use him for ordering any parts you might need too if you are more of a home bike maintenance kinda person.

Went to Ray from a recommendation from a friend of a friend - wanted to ensure my bike was good to go after a couple years in the garage. Rides better now than when I first got it and was a quick turn around time during a time that a lot of shops aren't taking bikes they didn't sell! Ray was exceptionally responsive to my email enquiry and was friendly for drop off and pick up. Cannot recommend highly enough.
