We were so happy we went with Rockwood for our kitchen! Everyone was so helpful and Sara went above and beyond to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted. Super helpful and responsive anytime we needed anything. I would highly recommend!

We recently had our kitchen done and were very fortunate to have Tommy design our new kitchen. He has a good vision for identifying how you will live in your new kitchen and what is needed to make that happen. Tommy and his team were very professional, responsive, always following up to make sure everything is in place and correct. They were very friendly and truly enjoyable to work with. We love the quality of the materials, cabinets, quartz and even the small details of baseboards were outstanding! We admire their hard work and workmanship and it absolutely shows! We had so many compliments on our kitchen. We recently also had our house renovated but the kitchen is definitely the highlight of our home! Even our contractor was blown away with our new kitchen from Rockwood Kitchens! Thanks a bundles Tommy and team for the amazing work!!

I would not recommend Rockwood Kitchens to anyone. We purchased cabinets from them for our Kitchen Reno. I was sold on the fact that they use real wood, and could meet our time lines. Cabinets were delivered on time at a reasonable price, but from there it went down hill.One of the options is to have the cabinets delivered completely assembled. This was a waste of money. Some of our drawers came in pieces that we still had to assemble (Picture of pieces provided). Others were fully assembled. The cabinets all had to be re-done, as who ever assembled them in their factory did not put the L brackets flush with the plywood and the screws were ripping out. We had to take each L bracket off, move it an inch up or down and install correctly (picture of correction provided).Next big issue we had was that our oven would not fit. We had provided Rockwood Kitchens the dimensions, and the link from the appliances manufacture with all the specs on the appliances before purchasing cabinets, and received an email from Rockwood that it would fit no problem. The plans (picture provided) from rockwood show a double oven with a single drawer. But what we received was a cabinet for a single oven and 3 drawers. After going back and forth with the company, and escalating to a manager we were told thats the only cabinet they have for built in ovens, and we would have to modify the cabinet ourselves. This was an extra expense and took a few weeks to find a cabinet maker willing to modify the cabinet.Our other issue was touch up paint and tow kicks. So half the toe kicks were painted the same colour as the cabinets we ordered, the other half were natural maple(Picture provided)???? We also had nicks and scratches from the delivery on several places(Picture provided), and rockwood could not provide touch up paint, or replacement toe kicks that were paint matched. They refunded us the cost of the cost of the toe kicks, but we had to colour match the cabinets and paint them ourselves, as well as do all the touch up.The other issues we had were missing drawers and cabinet doors. As we had to assemble some it took us a few days to realize we were missing our glass door and 1 drawer. Rockwood did provide these, but it took them 8 weeks. And then when we got them, they were the wrong size. After several tense phone calls and emails they finally sent someone to take a look who confirmed we got the wrong size. Our options were to wait and hope rockwood would send us the right ones, or to modify the drawer so it would at least fit, but would just be screwed, not dove tailed like the others. We choose to modify it just so we could end the nightmare.Our last issue is the overall quality of the cabinets. I have provided a picture showing a level next to the cabinet, and you can see how warped it is. Every door that is longer than 2' is warped similarly. As a result when closed you always have a gap at the top or bottom no mater how much you adjust the hinges, and when 4 doors are closed and meet on the cabinet face, its impossible to have an even line/gap like you would expect.Everybody makes mistakes, so i prefer to judge people on how they fix them, rather than the initial mistake. But with this company, they just don't care. I gave them 2 stars as after chasing and being very aggressive with them they provided the pieces (Drawer and Cabinet door face) that we could not reproduce. But you should not have to be that way to get what you paid for, not to mention every other thing listed above was on us to figure out a solution. At the end of the day they provide a poor quality product and a poor service!

We just had a new home built and our Builder uses Rockwood Kitchens for his homes. The staff at Rockwood Kitchens went above and beyond our expectations, for not only the quality of their product but their staff was so nice to work with. A big shout out to Tommy for helping us design a perfect layout for our kitchen and to John for such an excellent install, we are thrilled with how everything turned out! If you are looking to upgrade your kitchen or if you are building a new home, definitely give Rockwood Kitchens a call, they will not disappoint!- Jenna Forsyth

Rockwood Kitchens is an excellent option for those who want to remodel their kitchen professionally with top of the line materials BUT for a reasonable cost!! Sara and her team worked with us to design an amazing one of kind showstopper and 12 months later it it is still going strong! The whole team is very polite, efficient and professional! We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family! A+++

When our newly designed kitchen was ordered and installed according to schedule we couldn't have been more thrilled.It is so beautiful!. The cupboards are a very well built design with hardware to match....all of it amazing quality....and very good value for the money we spent.We are happy with all the finishes, colours and hardware.The installers did a great job, very professional to have in our home, and cleaned up after themselves so well their Mothers should be told.... they were a joy to work with.We highly recommend Rockwood kitchens to build your next kitchen.The finished product is a dream to live with.A&J

Rockwood Kitchens did an excellent job on our new kitchen! We couldn't be any happier with the turn out as it was more than what we could have ever imagined. Our designer Scarlet was knowledgeable, kind and understood exactly what we wanted and delivered it in the design. Scarlet followed up after the installation and ensured we were happy with the results. Rockwood takes care of their customers and we greatly appreciated that. We will definitely be returning customers!

Working with Sara and Rockwood Kitchens has been an fun and rewarding process. The communication was excellent throughout all stages of this project from design to final install.The quality of the cabinets and workmanship observed during the installation of both the cabinets and countertop were professional, superior and flawless. A big thank you to Sara and her team one again for my new kitchen and being able to work with my tight deadlines. I will definitely be working with her on the next Kitchen project I have lined up.

We recently had our kitchen done by Rockwood Kitchen and we are blown away by how gorgeous it looks! The transformation was absolutely stunning!! They went above and beyond our expectations! We love how they were very detailed in their work. We are beyond satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend this company to everyone!! =)
