Amazing, knowledgeable and personalized service. Omnitron went above and beyond to resolve an obscure technical configuration issue. They spent the time needed to research the issue with the back-end provider and my alarm panel manufacturer. You'll never obtain this level of service from the national alarm companies. Special thanks to Cedric for his perseverance in resolving the issue!My initial system setup (account transfer from one of the aforementioned national companies) was also performed quickly and efficiently by a professional and polite technician whose name I unfortunately don't remember (sorry!)I highly recommend Omnitron!

Is well worth it.When you inquire about a system they call you back very quickly no waiting 1 week for a reply.They were honest sold me only what was necessary in our household.Installation was quick, the service was impeccable. All very helpful and kind.I get calls when system not working correctly to follow up right away, unlike my previous system.Thank you Omnitron .I recommend them very highly.
