Work space is beautiful but location leaves a lot to be desired

Excellent place to work.

Without a doubt became one of the worst places I have ever worked. Worked for a smaller client within Northgate, small team, great people, felt valued for the work I did. Once moved to a larger client, it became just another call center. NGA has done a lot locally to distance themselves from the stigma of a call center under the guise of being Human Resources outsourcing, or contact center.Make no mistakes, it's the same as any other horror story you've heard about call centers, maybe worse.Culture is very cliquey, hiring from within is said to be done based on qualifications and stats, but it's more about who you hang out with outside of work.This is a sinking ship.
