Canadian Tire

We were travelling through Medicine Hat on our way to the US, when we blew a water pump. It was Saturday and most repair shops were closed. We explained our circumstance and they squeezed us in. They were able to get our vehicle fixed and we continued our trip later that day.Thank you so much to the service department and mechanics!

It was right in front of me where it is supposed to be!Was just checking out this cart online but couldn’t find it.No problem, Emma was stocking an aisle close by and when I asked for her help she brought me right to the product.Store was clean, bright and friendly!Thanks Emma!

By far the worst experience ever. I've been a loyal customer for years. Purchased 4 sets of truck tires over the years and will never again thanks to the tire shop in Medicinehat. Brought a 2 month old f150 tremor to get a different tire installed and technician scratched all 4 wheels. The Rims are 1300 dollars per rim. The shop refuses to replace the Rims. I highly recommend you not get new tires there if you have a newer vehicle. They clearly don't own up to their errors. Technician clearly didn't care either. Very disappointing as they did tires in the past without damaging Rims. Obviously customer service is a low priority in Medicinehat. I understand mistakes happen. They should be addressed immediately. Not 12 days later with no agreeable resolution. I have worked in customer service for 15 years. This store is not demonstrating good service at all.

Today i had a headlight installed. Kevin was awesome! So fast, really knows his trade well. I will definitely be going back to him for all my auto needsForst class service

Canadian tire......Where their sale price is everybody else's regular price.Canadian tire......Where their regular price is 4x more than anyone else. Absolute joke of a store. Socket sets are the best example. Look at this blatant example.... regular price is $700, on sale for $200. It's literally a $200 set anywhere else. Another example is cookware. These Rock pots are entry level pots and pans. The finish wears off fast and they become useless within a year. They're worth about $150 max but apparently they are worth $500 regular price. They prey on people who see a sale and think it's a good deal. The sale is literally what they are worth. Don't ever buy anything unless it's on sale. Do a google search and see what the item is worth somewhere else. You'd be surprised.Celebrating 100 years of ripping people off.Shame on you Canadian tire

I bought an article in Regina at Canadian Tire on June 30th. While traveling the article quit working . We stopped at Canadian Tire in Medicine Hat and they replaced the article under warranty. Thank you Medicine Hat Canadian Tire.

It's great!! Love going there. The only issue is I can't figure out where the public washrooms are or if they exist.

It is rather unfortunate that the young staff spend more time visiting and hiding from customers than they do working. Three boys hanging around behind the gun counter while we were looking at guns. Turned around to talk to one of them and they were gone. Money wasted on those hires.
