Lexa sold me a car that they said had been checked out by their mechanics, was in great condition, Carfax looked clean. Hub caps weirdly missing but I kinda shrugged - shoulda been my first clue.6 weeks later the steering wheel violently wobbles on the highway, so I pull off and take it to a mechanic. He shows me (pics below) that the entire underneath of the car is rusted and the wheel is bent (hence the wobbling) because of it. The hub caps missing is because the rims put on aren't the right size, they're not original - there's a gap between them and the bearings. Turns out there's also a power steering fluid leak.I went in person to confront the dealer, he took a look at it with me and I pointed to the rust. He said there is no issue and he sold me a good car - unbelievable lies, we were looking right at a huge problem. He also said if I don't let HIS mechanics look at it, he will pursue legal action against me - as if I owe him the opportunity! He inspected it before he sold it to me! Anyone would know that rust doesn't appear in a few weeks. There is no way they didn't know.Bottom line: DO NOT buy ANYTHING from these guys. They are cutting corners and then they will lie about it to your face and on here. Look at the number of reviews where they have said it's their competition slandering them - anytime you see that you should know something's up. I recommend anyone who bought a car here get it checked out and consider VSA or legal action in the case that the state of the vehicle they bought was misrepresented.

Terrible Experience at Lexa Auto Sales Ltd. Car Dealership: Racist Behavior, False Information, and Price Gouging.I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Lexa Auto Sales Ltd. Car Dealership, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Not only did I encounter racist behavior and false information online, but the dealership also increased the price of the car I was interested in upon my arrival. The staff, particularly one particular dealer, were incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout the entire process.First and foremost, I was deeply disappointed to discover the racist behavior exhibited by the dealership. As an Indian customer, I expected to be treated with respect and equality. However, I encountered derogatory comments and offensive behavior from certain staff members. This kind of discriminatory treatment is not only unacceptable but also deeply hurtful.Furthermore, the dealership provided false information online, which further added to my frustration. The website advertised a car I was interested in at a price of $14,000. However, upon visiting the dealership, I was informed that the price was incorrect, and the actual price was $18,000. Such misleading tactics demonstrate a lack of transparency and honesty on the part of the dealership.To make matters worse, the dealer I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their tone was condescending, and they showed a complete disregard for my concerns and inquiries. Their behavior not only made me feel unwelcome but also undermined my trust in the dealership's ability to provide a satisfactory customer experience.In addition to the above issues, the dealership also attempted to increase the price of the vehicle beyond what was originally advertised. This kind of price gouging is both unethical and predatory, taking advantage of customers who are already in a vulnerable position.Overall, my experience at Lexa Auto Sales Ltd. Car Dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. The racist behavior, false information, price gouging, and rude treatment I encountered were beyond disappointing. A strong and firm handshake that will make you feel confident in buying a car from them. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful. I got a great car. The warranty: I bought for a year only. Hopefully, I won't need it. So far, I have gotten answers to all my questions following the purchase. So far, all fine. Happy with the car.

I'm loving it!! I just drove home my new car and it is such a sweet ride. Fiat 500L Trekker. The whole car buying experience at Lexa was great! I have never said that before!! LOL! It can be quite stressful. Seriously though, all of the staff were fantastic, very responsive to every question, the pricing was fair and I feel very comfortable with my purchase. I plan to go back for all the vehicle maintenance because I feel assured to be treated well.Thanks Bobby!
