They deliver flowers at whatever time they like. The time specific request was not looked at. And they charge you full fee anyway for specific delivery time fee of 19.95. I understand I asked a delivery time at 7pm, past their closing time at 5pm, but never gave me a call to inform or to ask me, or to arrange an agreeable time. They just went on and delivered anyway, nobody will receive the flowers at the location, its +25 outside, windy, though the manager said “driver will make sure its in a safe place”. Also, they are giving me the number of the driver so I can contact the delivery driver myself and arrange or rectify things for me. Poor customer service. Offered a refund, not apologetic at all. Bad service. Will never order from them again.
