Never gets back to you. Doesn’t respect customer inquiriesEdit: they are saying they refused due to not being comfortable but it was a literal rose on my arm. They took down my name and number and said they’d call me. I gave them courtesy to not go to anyone else to sabotage their time and they do not feel the same. They deflect and blame nonsensical reasons. Not the hype they used to be

Olesia is such an amazing artist, super nice and super talented. And Taylor at the front desk was also super nice and friendly. Overall great customer service and amazing work quality. Will definitely come back.

Went for a walk-in, got in same day with Jeremy, he is amazing. Great at what he does, funny, and professional. Overall experience was wonderful. Thank you to the excellent staff!

Such a clean and chill studio! I was tattooed by Meag and the whole process was super professional and fun. The other artists all seem amazing too. It looks like they have a good crew who can take care of almost anyone's needs!

Got my first ever tattoo here! The tattoo artist Nick was an absolute gem along with the receptionist and everyone else, perfect place to get your first tattoo everyone was so friendly and came out with an awesome tattoo!

Where do you even start. This place ROCKS. The artistic variety, the artists, the large open location, the friendships that develop. This is THE place to get tattooed in Nanaimo. The owner, Corey, has put together an awesome team. You won't be disappointed. Highly, highly recommend this place for sure.Taylor at the front desk also a sweetheart. Totally love her.

Nick Mc is the best! Such an amazing artist and I can't say enough. In the process of doing a leg sleeve and can't wait till it all gets done and get started on the other leg. Oh and hubby loves his original art half sleeve too. We looovee Nick!

Your skin ain’t worth their ink. Rejected my idea which was non gang, non hate. Asked about it on the phone and was told it was no problem to be done at this shop. Drove 2 hours for a consultation in which my idea was immediately rejected. After this artist wasn’t interested I tried another at the same shop in which he never even replied to me. Frusterated I wasted months with this shop.. I Went to Electric Umbrella and they gave me an incredible experience, and the tattoo I wanted within 2 months of their busiest time. Don’t waste your time at Relegation unless you want to pick a tattoo from a wall. They are friendly but will waste your time !
