Did not receive my entire order in full. Missing 90 dollars worth of Rose Quartz hearts. Missing 100 3 inch Selenite sticks. Customer service is terrible. Keeps giving me an email that doesn't work. I'm out 120 dollars. I will not reorder.

I’ve been purchasing wholesale with Natures artifacts for 4 yrs and always have a pleasant experience. I’m treated like family, everyone is so nice and always wonderful quality products.

Amazing selection and friendly people. They are the top choice for me. Always want to go back and order more. They have a showroom for wholesalers and its jaw dropping. The huge amethyst, selenite and amazing prices keep me coming back. If you need wedding or home decor check it out.

This is an amazing place for many cool things

I wanted to like this company, they had a lot of nice things that I wanted to get. But first order of hundreds of dollars was so horrifically wrong. I was over charged for many items ( ordered larger quantities and they shipped less then I ordered. ) I had to return items that where not at all what I expected and it took forever to get a refund. Never again. Luckily I've found more reliable sources to buy from. ( NOTE: I purchased wholesale orders. )

If you're looking to purchase wholesale, then turn back now.I own a small business and purchased wholesale. The shipping time was great, but that's where the pros stop. I’m generally a pretty understanding person and can deal with a bad thing or two in a wholesale order, but everything fell short.At the price that I paid, and what the pictures depicted, I expected better quality. The quality of everything that I received was nowhere near what was depicted on the website.The tumbled stones that I got were never put through a polishing stage (I tumble as a hobby, so I know what it's supposed to look like), so I’m having to finish them off myself. They also came out weighing slightly under the amount that I paid for, and several of them were broken. It is common practice, at least with my reliable wholesalers, to give you the exact amount, or a little over. Not the case here.Every last stalactite slice that I ordered was undersized per what the listing said they would be. They are all between .75 - .9 inches in length when measured with my calipers, and the listing promised 1 - 1.5 inches.The spheres, while overall decent, are definitely overpriced and should be better quality for what is being charged. I definitely won't be able to sell them at a profit due to what I paid for them.Will not be purchasing again.

Uzma and the team at Nature's Artifacts are absolutely lovely! We purchase many of our Lapidary and Himalayan Salt products from them for Solsisters. Thier quality and service is top notch! Thank you for your exceptional customer service and wide range of product offerings!

This store is not open to the public. Drove quite a ways to get here and was asked to leave after browsing for a few minutes. The main problem is they were rude about it, don't recommend anyone give them business. Customer service and gratitude goes a long way and they were just plain rude to people who drive to give them their money. Awful.
