We had just sold our house & one of those crazy rainfalls came our way & the drain tiles in the basement of that house failed & we had a flood. We had to fix it immediately for the new home owners. They were super back logged but Joe came out to quote our job quickly because of our emergency situation. Gave us a great reasonable quote & we hired him on the spot. They fit us in & Mike & his crew worked fast, got the job done & we were super pleased. We called them back to quote a job for the new house we bought as well. Great company!

WaterBGone did a great job waterproofing our basement. Joe and his crew were professional and thorough in explaining exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them.

I am very disappointed in Water B Gone - Joseph. Safie or how ever he wants to call it. I have several customers who paid for jobs that are under warranty and instead resolved the issue that still exists. Along with being under warranty. Joseph or his salespeople supply the customers with new estimates. To fix the problems they were already paid to FIX. So there is proof and proof is there is still water in the same areas. If Water B is Gone - Joseph Safie will not resolve warranty work. I will assist the customer with Water B Gone - Joesph. Safie never resolved. WaterBGone - Joseph Safie doesn't have to worry about BBB their not a government agency he will have to worry about the state. Sorry no it's your company WaterBGone Safie brothers construction. Joesph Safie work only 6 month after he did the Job. Charging the woman thousands for more water than she did have. And no she didn't have water in the garage. With 20 year warranty on this job, he did. But when they came out they just gave her another quote. He said it was not him a couple of days ago. But after I recorded him he was upset. Don't waste your time on the phone with a guy little alone use your money for this

Extremely professional and clean work. They had the best pricing available in the area. And the best quality work you can ask for. He explained everything in detail and was very honest with exactly what was needed without trying to upsell. Highly recommended.

Joe Safie the owner always and quickly responses to any questions They did waterproofing in our basement and the work crew was very neat and professional. Needed some help opening the clean out caps and Joe had a person out to help us out the next day! Every time I contacted Joe Safie by phone or text I always received a return call or text generally within minutes. The service was excellent!

Joe's crew did a superior job water proofing my basement because I had a slow drainage from my floor drain that had to get removed in order to prevent a water back up into my basement. I was quite impressed how Joe gave me an estimate on the spot and told me to get others also to compare.Other companies estimates were astronomical, so I decided to choose Water B Gone. Joe's team performed the work this summer before we encountered those severe rainfalls, that would've for sure flooded my basement. In addition, his referral hands down to replace my drywall price beat the competitors as well. Joe took care of me from beginning to end, so if I need work in the future I'll will work with his team again.

The foundation on my parents’ basement gave way after the flooding at the end of June. We were overwhelmed with the disaster. Joe and his company were extremely responsive and helped us understand what was needed to get my parents back in their home. Every worker I encountered was extremely polite and professional. They had to raise the house, replace 40 feet of wall, add support beams, waterproofing, interior drainage, a sump pump and a drywell. They did beautiful work! Cleaned up after themselves, also. I am very thankful for Joe and his company and all they did to get my parents’ home ready for them to move back in. I would recommend WaterBGone/Safie Brothers Construction to anyone!

Excellent job from start to finish. The owner definitely knows his business and provided a vey fair price, far better than the other two companies we had quote the job. The work was started and completed on time, professionally, and done well. The owner came to check on the work during the second day of work, answering all questions, and making sure we were 100% satisfied. In a follow up conversation he offered to come back and fix anything that wasn't right, at any point in the future. I am not sure why a few people posted negative reviews here. We have nothing but good things to say about this company and its owner. Good work, fair price, and they stand behind their work.
