Poor management office, unfriendly staff. Sent them an office for a request from my phone with pictures attached and asking questions about the land between my property and the townhouses entrance we share. The funninest thing is the lady called Maria, sent back an email requesting that I should have sent out the email in their requested format.Be aware if you send them email because “In the norm, we do not accept email such as per below and resend it back to the sender for proper correspondence.”Most ridiculous email I’ve ever received. If this is they way they train/let staff do things, I wouldn’t have the confidence in working with them.

No one answers their phones. Everyone I've dealt with has a chip on their shoulder. A female property manager with a huge attitude problem that seems to forget that our condo employ's them and not the other way around. (If you look hard enough you can find her 5 star review below). The senses of entitlement is very strong and nothing has been earned.

My 5 stars for the way Zinnia place, where I live, is taken care of by DSPM.The common area, lawns, windows, roofing etc. terrific upkeep also super friendly staff, I should add. Especially Liuba, went above and beyond to handle a parking need I came across recently.Keep up the awesome job folks. All the best

Poor and unprofessional service. Vennessa Forrester who is responsible for managing the commercial building where I have my lease is rude and has no understanding of the impact of building maintenance and repairs on small businesses. The company neglects their clients. I am highly disappointed at their disorganization and unprofessional services.

This is a horrible Property management company. Poor Service, Poor manners, Rude and hostile. Does not care about tenants at all. Every tenant is unhappy with this company. The only 5 star rating was given by their own staff trying to make their own image better. But it won't all the tenants are extremely unhappy.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by DSPM. Claudia Damaren was an absolute pleasure to work it and she provided exceptional service on an urgent basis.DSPM was able to provide documents to my office which take 5 business days within 24 hours. This is unheard of in my line of business.Thank you DSPM for all your help. You guys have an amazing team and I look forward to working with you again.

Worst Property management ever!!!! Unreliable people working here. They never answer the phone once answered they take your info to call back and respond to your inquiry which they’ll never do !!! Do not waste your time and money with these people!!!!!
