Great Service but they do not do passport photos...closest place is Bowlin one hour photo in Sidney on Beacon avenue.

Employee was short, curt and rude when I phoned about my outgoing UPS parcel which had gone missing. She advised she had no UPS records at her end and reeled off the 'UPS phone number for problems' to me like a robot void of empathy, understanding and lacking good customer service skills!

I had a few questions regarding one of the services they provide and tried to be as concise as possible for the sake of brevity, since they seemed pretty busy. The responses I received were rushed, stressed, and I felt as though my questions were burdensome, especially since I'm newer to the area and haven't been a client of theirs in the past. They seem knowledgeable and boast the experience to back that up, but I feel any sort of business/consumer relationship would have ultimately been a mismatch.

They charged me 0.5$ for using a tape to secure the box I was dropping off for UPS.The tape wasn't even for boxes, it was for papers!!I was surprised the women billed me for this!!

I sent an email with a print request and the turnaround was lightning fast. When I picked up my order I also found my favourite style of notebook on a huge size that I've never seen before, bonus! This was my first experience with City Scribe and I'll definitely be back.
