The team at Chilliwack Mitsubishi is wonderful! Brett, Matt and Yvonne are friendly, accommodating and helpful. The process of purchasing our 2023 Outlander was an extremely quick and painless procedure. It was surprising to learn that Yvonne is new in the job, she is already very professional and knowledgeable. We felt like we were among friends from the moment we walked into the dealership and we feel that relationship will continue throughout our ownership of the vehicle. I would give 0 stars if I could. First off, the person who scheduled me the service appointment was pleasant to chat with BUT didn't have the right information! It was a pleasure in dealing with Yvonne who was so open and honest with us right from the start. She took the time to walk us through all of our options and was able to provide us with the best vehicle for our needs. I really appreciated the no pressure sales talk and open communication where we felt like we weren't just a customer until we finally purchased but that she is there for us long after.I know she will be a success and the fact that she is backed up by an awesome team will ensure the success of Yvonne's new career at Mitsubishi.

I had an amazing experience with Yvonne from the dealership! She was very professional for someone new to the industry as well as very personable. She did everything she could to help me with my trade-in and worked around my budget the best she could. Really went to bat for me and I imagine her new career path in Vehicle Sales is going to be a great fit. 10/10 experience at the dealership between her and the other very welcoming staff. I would recommend people who check out the new team a chance regardless of prior reviews. Never hurts to try and you never know what you might find on their lot. Lots of hidden gems!

Bought 2022 outlander 2 months ago. Look for Hassan he will go above and beyond to help you. The staff and manager are very friendly. I'm from eastvan and drove all the way to Chilliwack to purchased a new vehicle because their price is more competitive and came with extra accessories too! Thanks again Chilliwack Mitsubishi!
