Embarrassed I ever went here. Never leave a review for places good or bad but felt obliged to warn people off this place. Worst pedicure I’ve had in 10 years, had the top of my feet (where soft skin is) grated/filed left with sore scratches, it took an hour and 3 different staff members to establish where the rough skin was that actually needed to be filed away, had to file my toenails myself in the end because the shape was wonky and to top it off they painted over my toenails so I have white gel on my skin and when asked to clean it up she took a rough nail file to my skin and in the process took my cuticle off which won’t stop bleeding. Will have to get them redone once my feet HEAL. Most unprofessional, shoddy salon going

absolutely amazing service and beautiful salon! Staff were amazing, me and my sister came in for her gender reveal nails and they made them stunning! Prices were unbelievable!!! very gentle but caring. definitely be going here again!!

I found the staff rude when I went in .. I am not sure if they are self taught as iv been other places and come out feeling happy... they don't engage in conversation with you but do between themselves .Was thinking o£ giving them another go , but after a couple of other reviews I will find elsewhere.. maybe the shop 2 doors down

Really disappointed after visiting the nail emporium! I had my nails done by two members of staff that switched every few minutes to do my nails. My nails weren’t cut down or prepared for a set of nails, I wanted a basic natural shirt set of nails and felt dismissed when I asked for this. They don’t inform you of prices when you say what you want and every time I go there, there seems to be a price increase!! The nails are shocking and would have looked better buying a set of stuck on nails from the pound shop! Very, very disappointed! They are not friendly at all and have gone down hill since reopening seem to take on as many nails just for the money! Shocking!!

Easy to find, clean premises and the staff are polite and fast very impressed
