Dufresne Furniture & Appliances Store

I put purchased over $14,000 worth of furniture recently from Dufresne. In store and email contact while purchasing products was great ( clearly commission based) and the guys that delivered and set up were great the rest of the experience has been horrible. I emailed and texted 4 times to cancel an item prior to delivery, no reply about that ( item had been paid in full). Delivery day comes, item I wanted to cancel wasn't delivered ( I had not specified in my text/ emails what item I wanted to canel(, the delivery guys knew nothing Bout this ( $1400) item. Pieces missing from all 6 dinning chairs, bed incomplete/ can't use a mattress the way the bed came, and mattress wouldn't fit in the house so they brought it back ( not Dufresne fault at all) call the store 5 times, phone is down. Has been down for a month. Email about getting missing pieces for the 6 chairs and bed frame and refund for the MIA server/ buffet and mattress. No reply. Email again. This time a reply saying the email has been sent to the specified departments. 2 weeks later still no pieces for the chairs or bed. I'm sleeping on a mattress on the floor. And no refund for the mattress for MIA server/ Buffet. And still not able to contact the actual store.

The online purchase experience was amazing at Dufresne. I chatted with Jordon prior to purchasing a dining room table and chairs. She was able to extend a discount for a promotion that had ended, explain the warranty and finalize the purchase. They will even take the old set away which is great. Very happy.

My wife and I went to this store to buy a spring mattress. We chose the product and were about to close the purchase when the seller informed us that the delivery would take much longer than we needed. When we gave up on the acquisition, he hurried to offer another mattress, stating it was better. We asked numerous times if it was a spring mattress, and he said yes. However, when we received the product, we saw it was not. But as we needed it at that moment, we let it go. However, after less than three months of use, the mattress began to deform, and when checking the invoice to ask for the guarantee, I discovered that we were sold a clearance mattress with guarantee restrictions. After much insistence and proof of manufacturing flaws in the product, it was replaced. But I categorically state that it is a store that I will never buy again, and I do not recommend it. It was disappointing.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dufresne. Staff were very helpful in selecting and ordering the pieces I needed. Delivery staff were awesome. White glove service is fabulous. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again!

Bought a couch and loveseat set from Robbie at the Hunt Club store. She was so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience easy! Delivery was on-time and the guys were super! They took off their boots, set up my new furniture, and took away my old! All around great experience!

Great custom couch and came in on time. Also got a great deal on a tv and they worked hard to get us the last one in stock. Our experience with the staff at the Dufresne Hunt Club store was very good from beginning to end. The White Glove Service is exceptional. We really appreciated the delivery tracking app. The delivery staff did a great job of getting our furniture in place. We will be back!

I bought a bedframe 5 months ago (Feb 2023) and haven't received a bed that isn't damaged. I have been refused to be given a refund for a bed that cannot even be built. This apparently is what a normal experience at Dufrense looks like. There is no empathy or good customer support for online orders.

I was selling my house and moving in to an apartment and decided to buy some new furniture and I went to Defrense and dealt with Linda and Nathan. Fantastic help with design and had great patience with me!! I knew what I wanted, pictured in my mind and they brought my vision to life. I had to wait for furniture as it was custom, today it arrived and I could not be more pleased with everything. The delivery guys Adam and Chris were really super guys also. I look forward to going back to the store to complete the look now with a large ottoman that I will use for coffee table, and need some end tables and maybe some rugs. The whole experience from beginning to end has been 10+

Our special order bar stools arrived before the expected date. Our salesperson, Geoffrey, was great and thanks to him the stools fit our decor perfectly. We opted for white glove delivery service which was exceptional and Adam the driver was friendly and provided good service.
