Hi I I was at the Bell store in Scarborough town center. The gentleman who helped me his name was Adi. He was the most wonderful person who helped me throughout all the questions I had. I honestly was very pleased with him. He was such a gentleman polite knew exactly what he was doing. He helped me through the connection of the Bell for crave .He also help me how to use my phone, which is really not a part of his job, but he went out and beyond to help me out and give me all the right advice. I would highly recommend to go to him. His name is Adi and he works at the Scarborough town center bell store. Thank you very very much Adi really appreciated all your help.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at this mobile store and was thoroughly impressed by their customer service. Mr. Shadir provided, listen to my needs and preferences and then proceeded to show me a range of options that fit my requirements and also offered me with as much as accessories he can get me in that deal.

The customer service was fairly decent, later in the day the workers seem to be tired and overworked (I don't blame them for that). Nonetheless, the person I spoke with was very helpful in assisting me and was quite patient when I inquired about certain things in regards to a phone I was interested in. The work environment in the store seems to be quite tiresome yet very welcoming as shown by the demeanour of the employees working there.You should note however, you absolutely need to ask questions about anything that isn't explicitly told to you since the effort of doing so will save you a significant amount of money. Furthermore, if you intend to purchase/finance/lease a new phone, expect to be hounded with multiple questions about whether you have other bell services and if you would like to purchase subpar accessories to go along with your very expensive mobile device.As long as you do some research, ask questions and stay clear from the accessories, this place is serviceable.

I was with Shadir who was super helpful in finding the cheapest option in order for me to get my dream phone. I was trading in an old phone and he not only increased the amount of data in my plan but he added discounts to give me the best price possible! Thank you and I hope to have him as my associate again.

He even put in extra effort to make sure everything was thorough and looked up details about my accounts to double-check everything and made sure I was getting the best deal.
