Another Time Restoration

Poor attitude. They had the works to our Grandfather clock for over a month. We had to call in for status. We were told that there must be something wrong with our phone as they had tried to reach us 3 different times. (We never got a phone call. No one else before or after has reported a problem reaching us.). Shortly after the clock was returned it didn't strike the hour correctly. When the gentleman returned he was obviously not happy. He insisted on telling me that it worked fine in his shop for over a month, insinuating that we had done something to the clock. (I resisted the temptation of telling him that I was paying to have it work in our home, not his shop). Still didn't work correctly after the first return visit. On the second return visit he was a little less surly. However the clock still occasionally doesn't strike correctly on the hour. There aren't a lot of good options for clock repair available. From our experience Another Time is not an option.

The lady was very nice to fix my cuckoo clock.

Honest and capable

I took a clock in to get it repaired and he was very honest with me and told me the clock wasn’t worth the cost of getting it fixed.

Rare to find such a vanishing specialist.
