Tonertech is exactly the type of company that I like to work with.I have been a customer of Tonertech for several years purchasing printer toner and supplies for both my own company and those of my clients. Their prices are very good for both OEM and re-manufactured, and whenever I have had any issue, they have replaced the product within 24 hours. I appreciate that they back their products 100%.Recently I purchased a higher end printer from them as well. The transition was much smoother than I expected. It took a couple days to get everything setup exactly as I wanted, as I was demanding wanting everything to work exactly so, but Myles was patient and knowledgeable and he stayed until everything was tested and working perfectly. I very much appreciated their attention to my needs during the setup even when things were a little unusual and I’m comfortable knowing that they will be there for me if I need them in the future.I’ve always found all the staff helpful and friendly, and I will continue to use them for my own company and I’ll continue to recommend them to my clients as well.

Our company has been buying toner from Tonertech for years and we have been quite happy with the service. Recently I decided to try out their printer repair service and was extremely happy with the results. I had 4 x HP Laserjet printers in varying states of disrepair. They sent someone over to pick them up right away and took them back to their shop. When the repairs were completed they dropped them off all cleaned up looking like new again. I purchased a printer from TonerTech and realized after I received it that it wasn’t quite what I wanted. I contacted them and they came back the next day to trade out the printer that I had for one that had exactly what I wanted. The customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again down the road when I have any printer/toner needs.

I ordered a printer for my little business at home and the entire process was very smooth and efficient. Not only did Matt find me the perfect printer for my needs (and he found it quickly) but he was also very professional and friendly to deal with. You could tell Tonertech is very customer service oriented. And the printer was literally delivered the very next day. I was actually surprised at how fast and easy it all was.

Delivery was reasonable, price was fair, payment process was easy, initial contact with company straightforward and lovely. Plus, as a first time customer maybe, I got a chocolate treat from Charlie's Chocolate Factory. As a one-woman biz I really appreciated Tonertech service for my Lexmark printer. Our company has been using tonertech for a few years. Their service is very quick and reliable. If for some reason, any toner malfunction occurs, they immediately come and provide us with new ones within 24 hours. They are our reliable vendor for toners as well as printers. Also, we asked for a recommended printer for our need. Kelly provided us with a few options and their price was at par with Amazon, so I purchased one from them. Our staff is extremely happy with the printer and we know the technician is available usually within 24 hours if anything happens. In sum, the company is a reliable for us.

Worse experience ever.They gave us very bad quality of toner. Used and refilled. One was all empty. called two times and after two weeks still haven't received the replacement. The person who answered the phone was really rude
