Mint Dental Clinic

I just changed dentists and I was truly impressed with Mint Dental Clinic. From the very clean and modern office to the great customer service I received from the time I arrived to when I left. Doctor Ng seems to be very knowledgeable and I like the fact that they not only take your X-rays on your first appointment but he also takes pictures of your teeth to have a better look and to see your progress. I was very grateful that he didn't push me to have any unnecessary treatments. The first appointment took longer than I expected but they finished right on time.

Very well organized. Professional staff that truly know what they’re doing. Dr. Ng makes you trust that loving what you do is the main key to great success. So happy to find my new place.

Dr NG has been my dentist for over 17 years now, hands down one of the best out there. He is very professional, highly knowledgeable & cares. He is our family dentist & the kids love him too!I followed him from his Oakville clinic to Mint dental when he opened in Burlington right away, the team here is solid, Kim is very organized. Friendly, easy to deal with & very responsive, Thanks Kim for all you do. I highly suggest anyone to go Mint Dental for all your dental needs, you’ll love the overall experience.

I have been using Mint Dental in Burlington for19 years and could not recommend anyone else more highly. The staff and Dr Ng are very professional, positive, and accommodating. When you appear for your appointment you are greeted with a broad smile,ushered into your consultation room and your concern addressed in a reasonable period of time.If all businesses offered the customer service Mint does we would all be much better off.

The team at Mint are really welcoming and kind. I had to bring my 7 month old son to my appointment recently and they couldn’t of been more understanding or accommodating. Cathy, the dental hygienist, is lovely and does a great job!

I cannot begin to explain how disappointed I was with this place. We saw the big stars and great reviews and were swayed. My first appointment - I called up on the morning-of to let the office know that due to certain childcare related issues, I'd like to change my appointment. I was shocked at how rude the receptionist/ front office lady. Having re-booked myself for another day, I had already become suspicious. My bad experience didn't stop. On my first/ new patient visit, I wasn't aware that a dental hygienist would be cleaning my teeth (they asked me to fill out a new patient form where I might have indicated the date of my last cleaning) - even THEN! Consent!? I had to endure an hour of cleaning, another 10 minutes of having to smile awkwardly (unnaturally even) just so they could take photos in which (obviously) my filled teeth were visible (they made sure they were visible). Basically, the doctor wanted to sell me his idea of a re-filling (for cosmetic purposes)? Next, given the extent of my 'decay' he proposed a 4 quarter approach and asked me if I wanted a gas or a general sedation. A 'general sedation' for a filling + possible root canal procedure? Also, he offered to extract 4 of my wisdom tooth because anyway two are decayed

Ng and his mint dentistry is not compassion at all unless you’re rich or have good insurance so sad to see these days. I found a great dentist they did my work on a in house payment plan, if you want to know more just reply to this review thanks. Ng is his name can’t call him doctor no compassion at all smh. I wonder how people find themselves in care services when they lack compassion.

I have been going here forever. The staff have always been extremely friendly and professional. The office is spotless, as you would want any medical office space to be. Dr. Ng is very knowledgeable and thorough, I have never left feeling rushed or overlooked. I recently moved cities but will most definitely be keeping my awesome dental office. I look forward to my next visit!

Seriously the best dental office I’ve ever been to! Dr. Ng is VERY good at what he does. I needed a lot of work done and he and the staff worked with me to ensure I had what I needed in the timeframe I could manage. The staff is incredibly helpful with insurance, questions, billing, invoices, and even responding to questions I sent over email about my baby’s first teeth! I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place and Dr. Ng. Don’t even hesitate to go here! They are the best!

FANTASTIC DENTISTRYFirst off, Kim, the head receptionist is phenomenal; she is pleasant, professional, polite, and extremelyyy organized. Without an organized receptionist, a clinic can be very frustrating to deal with. - Thankfully that is not the case at Mint!Additionally, Paula, the Dental Hygienist is wonderful (I highly recommend her!!). She is very knowledgeable, honest, and polite. She has great communication with her patients and always ensures that her patient is comfortable during each procedure. She has a very optimistic attitude that is much appreciated. She also does a superb cleaning; my teeth feel very smooth and refreshed after a cleaning session.The facility is cleaned and maintained very well. Pre-COVID they had tea refreshments and a play area for children, but have closed that off since.Dr. Ng (the facility's Dentist) is very knowledgeable and explains things very well to his patients. He doesn't pressure his patients into any procedure or buy any dental upgrades if they are uncomfortable with or can't afford it.It's a wonderful dentistry with a fantastic professional team... I highly recommend their business.
