Faria Mechanical

Great service at a fair price. Tech was at our house the next day and fixed the problem. Would recommend Faria Mechanical to anyone.

I had an issue with my furnace not heating and contacted Faria Mechanical. The person at reception transferred me to Greg and he was great to deal with. There was lots of 2-way communication leading up to my appointment so that I knew exactly what to expect. I don't know the mechanics of a furnace but I noted that there was a part that was hot and Greg was able to have that part picked up ready for the visit from the HVAC tech, Ryan just in case it was the issue. Ryan was very knowledgeable and was able to confirm that the part was the issue and also was able to assess and fix a condensation drainage problem that was causing me concern and caused by my cooling system. I have dealt with a number of major HVAC companies but through and through Faria Mechanical acted with exceptional professionalism and integrity and are simply the best. Looking forward to doing my future projects with them.

The plumping in our brand new building is done by Faria Mechanical. I don't have much info about technical things but I'm very happy with the service they provide. Their customer service is beyond great. They responded me any time I contacted and have sent their technicians quite a few times to check things. I especially thank to Mike and Joey for visiting my unit and despite having visited my unit many times, they paiteintly tried to help me as much as they could.

I’ve used Faria Mechanical for various services over the years: plumbing, hot water tank replacement, furnace servicing... The quality of their work, and professionalism and expertise of their people is always top notch. Prices are great too! I highly recommend them!

I find it refreshing that in this day and age of customer service almost being in non existence that there is a company out there willing to deliver just that. There employees listen, pay attention, and care. I felt like my situation of having no hot water was a problem that there employees we’re having at there own house.There ability to listen is second to none. Had a hot water tank failure so needed it removed and replaced. Faria Mechanical was able to attend quickly and charged me a fair price. The service tech, Mark, was excellent. He was both personable and knowledgeable. The office staff on my original call were quite helpful as well. I am very happy with the service and replacement tank.They had replaced my furnace years ago, and were very good then as well. So their quality service is definitely something they maintain. I have no reservations recommending them!
