Front desk is so unprofessional. Lady in the front doesn’t even try to look for my name in the system and just directly said You don’t have an appointment. After 1 minute , she saw my name and told me that u have an appointment 11:20 am but I was told on phone that my appointment timing is 11 am.

Staff is bad, after calling my name asked me to again wait for 30 minutes,because i am late even i called them ,that due to bus delay i will be late,that time they said it’s okay.

Worst will never go this place again. My mom was in fasting for ultrasound and x-ray test they made her wait for 3 hours. Please note we made an appointment at 11 am but still waited for 3 hours came out at after 2pm.. The front desk was never attentive to what patient is telling , they are just talking to each other and having fun , went and asked 2 times while I am waiting , first time said they will call wait, went and asked second time they said technicians are having lunch they will call, they called after 3 hours that too after we went and asked for the 3rd time ..

My family doctor had requested for ultrasounds and x-rays. I called this location and they were able to book me in for my ultrasound visits. I came in for 2 of my appointments so far and I had no major issues. The only thing I could say is that the reception desk employees need to be more friendly and caring. I guess it depends who you get on the day. I was seen very quickly. The technicians, Akhtar and Sumit were amazing! Had a great laugh with them. They made the whole experience smooth. Thank you so much!

What is with all the bad reviews. I would never go anywhere else. I've been coming here for at least 9 years now for myself and grama and they have always been fast and do there job perfectly. All the staff there has always been great with me and polite and trust me I'm big on manners.

Wish I could give them 0 star. First they booked my dad’s appointment and when we went there on appointment day, they said it’s tomorrow and refused to do it the same day though it was either their staff fault or glitch in the system. Staff at the front is extremely rude except one young girl. 0 customer service skills. Will never go back there.

Very efficient and staff are extremely nice. High level of professionalism . The X-ray manager was e kind and compassionate towards my elderly mother. I have been here a few times for myself, my children and my parents, very pleasant and efficient experience every time.
