Nice place to play as family

I’ve been zip lining a handful of times and this was definitely my least favourite experience. It’s only two short zip lines and the stops are very abrupt. Someone had to climb a freestanding ladder to detach you after each line and you climb down the ladder to get off. I’m not a fan of ladders so I didn’t enjoy that part. The staff were all nice and it has lots of potential but not my best zip experience!

It was a bit confusing at first because my group and I were not able to figure out where to get the harnesses but after doing a few circles we were able to find the ground school where we watched the videos and got Zipline clips. This whole process took about an our and we went around 6pm to stand in line then, finished the wind rider at about 7:20pm. It was 2 separate zips to get back to the ground school.

We did this as part of the play all day pass. It was incredible and would do it again. Virtual line meant wandering around around while waiting to go (20 minutes). Staff was helpful and thorough. Big enough for a thrill but not so big I was terrified.

Went on this with my daughter.First zip line was fine.Stopping at the 2nd zip line was abruptly stopped by a man in gray hair who threw a ladder in front of me and I banged my knees and shins immediately.I spoke with the supervisor on duty and she did nothing and asked if I wanted a bandage or ice... obviously she was not going to do ANYTHING.So I spoke with a manager at the ticket office... she offered a refund...But at no time did any apologize or let me know this would NEVER happen again.These rides are NOT SAFE. I will never return to blue mountain.DO NOT go on these rides as they will blame you for their employees.

This ride closes at 8, so I went here around 6pm but the staff said that it was closed already as there were already too many people waiting. Would not recommend.

I did it yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed this adrenaline rush. Taking out two stars because somehow I felt that most of the staff members were not professionals or professional enough for such an adventurous stuff. I have done 4-5 adventurous activities in Niagara as well as in Downtown Toronto. The ones who were giving me gear knew their job. But the ones sending me for first zip and second zip looked quite clueless. They did not bother to check or recheck my gear, did not bother to tell me that I had to keep my head tilted to either left or right to avoid BUMP on my forehead before first zipline. It lacks that professional aura that is really needed for such an adventurous stuff where security, safety is the paramount. I would definitely come back for ridge runner and Gandola but would not delve into this ziplining at Blue Mountain. This review is definitely coming from a person who has done ziplining before as well as other aerial stuff. Additionally, the landing or the break system at the time of landing is similar to an impact breaking system. It creates a jerk while landing. All the other places that I went to for ziplining never had such a speed induced, force impact breaking system while landing.
