Took in a watch with a black stainless steel band to be adjusted. While trying to adjust it they bent a pin and scratched the band and offered nothing to rectify the issue. I now have a watch I can't use as the band is currently in two pieces. I'm going to now visit a real jeweler.

Sabrina helped me make 2 custom rings using gold and diamonds that have been passed down through my family, so as you could imagine these were very sentimental pieces. The finsih product for both rings were perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. Sabrina helped me through the planning process to show me what would work / some of the limitations of my initial design.

Great service and well priced. Removed a few links from the bracelet of my watch and a real quick turnaround considering the amount of people in the shop at the time. Much appreciated.

They are great! Helped me pick my first necklace for my now fiancée, made my engagement ring for her, made our wedding bands, restored family heirlooms, fixed my watch, will be going to them for years to come! I wish I had photos of the other pieces to show off their great work! They speak mostly French but have an English speaking employee present on location at all times! And super reasonably priced!

They did not open on time. Despite my busy schedule, i waited 30 mins and they still did not open. I guess thats how it is for family business. Their customer service is decent though.

visited the shop with a friend a few weeks ago and mistakes were made on his orders and the owner was very insistent on blaming my friend the customer of the mistakes when he on multiple occasion made sure of what he wanted.on top of charging my friend for every time they tried to fix it they tried to pit me against my friend by trying to talk me into taking there sidethey also charged my friend to clean his necklace that he purchased at that store that at the moment of the purchase came with a lifetime free cleaning service, there reasoning being that they change there cleaning methods. i find this to be dishonest and unprofessional.i personally do not buy a lot of joaillerie but with how they break there promise’s i am definitely not gonna buy anything there

They didn’t do my ring as per the design i provided! Even though i had sent photos and showed them a real ring in the shop, my own ring was not made as requested!
