Had an unusual morning. Didn’t have meals made and worked to late the night before to prep anything. Decided I would grab a sub to get me through the workday. 7:30Am opening time is what google said so I made sure I was there for 7:30am as I leave just before 8. On arrival all the lights and open sign were off. At 7:35 an employee walked up unlocked the door and then relocked it behind him. At 7:40am I left. Seeing as how all the lights were still off and surly no preparations had been made to help customers. This type of laziness is a stain on today’s society and work force. People need to work hard and do the best they can. Or at least show up on time and offer a half decent display of professionalism. The manager at this location clearly has little care about keeping their word ( opening on time and being ready.. ) or just doing the best they can. I’m sure along with this is poor food storage and cleanliness. As we all know lazy people are lazy everywhere. Won’t be going back.

I used to like this place but the staff has made it no good to go to.Got coupons in the mail today, took family to eat . Wife wanted a rice bowl... They were out of rice, got subs instead .. 2 staff standing side by side... One staff said we will take the coupons... Ordered 2 subs, the second staff wouldn't take coupon, said it was only good online... We paid full price, and I threw the coupons in the garbage...So unhappy with the way we were spoken too about coupons we got in the mail today....Why would they send coupons in mail if they're only good online...Either way.... I won't go back ... I like subway... And would be happy to drive to another city before I ever step into this store again.

Had a very difficult time placing a delivery order for a team lunch that took three days of patience to place with success only being achieved by placing through a delivery service. Instructions were followed well.Finally got an order through via Skip the Dish which they marked as delivered without knocking on the door / following instructions. Eventually found food in backyard an hour later in winter...

workers told me that they are not getting their tip money it is very bad employer shoulf give tip to their employees coz they work hard otherwise stop tip option we dont wanna waste our money greedy owner

Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely rude, unprofessional, both management and staff. The quality of the bread was horrible. Don't spend money here please. It's better to make a sandwich homemade.

They have one person working over supper time and they prioritize skip deliveries over people who have come in to order. Multiple people have left because they are tired of waiting. They need more staff on at the busy times. Very disappointed.

Horribly slowwwww service. 1 person working over the lunch rush. And it seemed they were prioritizing doordash/skip (that weren't even in the building) over people waiting in person.
