I actually took my first aid in Calgary not West Edmonton, but it was great. No complaints. A fun and relaxed day. Definitely recommend.

Lindsay did a fantastic job teaching the Standard First Aid Course. Lindsay provided practical, relevant information with many real-life examples from her time working in Health & Safety. She clearly demonstrated skills to the class and ensured students learned and understood them before moving on to the next topic. Great job and thank you!

My instructor Leah was awesome! She kept the day interesting and fun, was super helpful with all my questions, and had a great attitude the whole time. I especially liked that I was able to book a blended course allowing me to do half online, which worked great with my schedule. Will definitely book with Big Hearts again when I need to do my re-cert!

The blended course was so great! I felt that the online portion did a good job prepping me for the exam and the in person training was very personable! Lindsay made the entire day go by smoothly while still being very informative!

Candace was great! I usually struggle during first aid, to stay awake but she kept us entertained and involved ! I think having only 1 days in class and the rest online also helped a lot ! Was a great experience, thanks again Candace!

Easy great class, first time doing a blended one. The material for Day 1 states 3-5 hours for completion, but that only applies if you already know the information and skim through. I would say more like 8 hours if you like to read through it properly or haven't done first aid before. My instructor was Candice, she is quirky and fun, which was fabulous and much more engaging :)
