I ordered a Matt & Nat bag and had it shipped to Edmonton. The shipping was a reasonable charge and timely with CP tracking. Yes, their prices are the same as Matt & Nat online but the bag in the colour I wanted was out of stock everywhere else. Communication was great and I'm very happy with the experience.

I looovveeeedddd this store. Their matt and natt collection is unreal, soo many to choose from. I haven't seen anything close to this back home in Vancouver. The customer service was great!!!! Thank you!!!

**This was an email I sent back in Aug 2018. No management from the store ever contacted me**My name is Krystal and I recently won a Boes gift card through an Instagram contest that your company was a part of. I was super ecstatic to use the card today at your Polo Park location. But upon entering, I was quite disappointed with the lack of customer service. We arrived at this location Sat Aug 11 approx 2:30pm.There was a sales associate (dark haired, heavy set woman) who was standing in front of the Matt and Nat display (near the entrance) having a social visit with the mall security guard. There was no greeting from her. I asked a younger sales associate to help me locate a specific Mat and Natt purse, but she was unsure where it was and to ask the other associate ??manager/same female speaking with the guard.My husband and I returned back to the Matt and Nat display by the entrance and said excuse me- we'd like to take a look at these bags" to the ?manager and security guard. They were quite annoyed that we asked them to step aside. I even heard the the security guard say "I guess we're in the f****** way?". They continued on with their social visit and she did NOT once ask if we needed any help.I left Boes feeling upset and angry. I've been a customer since my teens and love supporting local businesses. I just couldn't believe that had happened.I hope someone from the company can address this matter.Thank you for your time"

A great local family ran business. The stock/product offering is always changing, with on-trend peices while keeping classic high quality brands stocked. The employees are very helpful, both in store - and through their instagram shopping pages. A definite go-to for accesories, handbags, travel, winter wear & more.

Strange Encounter and something seems fishy?!Went in looking a specific Lug bag and even though they had the style of bag I wanted I didn't like the colors they had in stock. So I asked the who I assume was the manager/sales person if she would be able to order me a different color.She said that she could but that it would require a 50% non refundable deposit. And she went on to explain that if she couldn't get the color I wanted from her Lug supplier that I would lose my deposit.The other thing gave me a bad vibe so I made and excuse, said I'd think about it and immediately went online to the Lug website and order the exact bag color and style and didn't pay a non refundable deposit.Let's say I won't be spending my money in Boes anymore!It's a shame I bough quite a few things over the years from this store.

Purses arent current with fashion trends and your are over paying for most of the quality. The Matt and Nat purses are good quality bags but they are sold as the same price as on the official Matt and Nat website so it is more worth it to shop there with more selection. Employees are either too pushy or standoffish and not friendly.

Another excellent purchase from Boes. First time in covid, staff was friendly and offered in store or curb side pick up, which was exceptionally nice considering it was -37! Thank you!

They have one year warranty on Matt Natt and Lug bags and I decided to use mines on my Lug bag I purchased. When I went to pick my bag up it was the same style but a different type of gray. I told the manager it would have been nice to get a heads up I wouldn't get the same exact bag back and she became defensive saying Lug discontinued that color so this is what we can do" all I just wanted was an apology and to see what they can do. It's common courtesy. Can't hand me a bag that's different without notice and expect me to be okay when I pick it up. So I refused to take the one they gave me and picked a style that's similar and I still had to pay the difference. Unprofessional and rude service. There's a reason why we bought this in the first place and if you can't promise the exact same bag let the customer know that's all we ask."

Always get my Matt and Nat bags here. The selection is AMAZING.Both Staff members I encountered were really helpful and patient, but Jasmine closed the sale! Very happy with my 2 new bags for summer. THANKS JASMINE!
