I had a wonderful experience at Clinique Medic Elle. The treatment that I received was better than I could have expected. All of the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Highly skilled professionals that produce amazing results. I couldn't recommend this place more.

This clinic is amazing. It was my first time seeing Dr Coulombe and he was fantastic. He was very attentive and has a great energy. He removed a suspicious mole from my leg and did it with great care. I always have a great experience here!

So happy to have found a wonderful pediatrician for my daughter. Dr Reiter is very knowledgable and professional. She really has helped us so much. She goes out of her way for her patients!

I have been extremely satisfied at Clinique Medic Elle. The range of services offered under one roof is unmatched and the quality of the doctors is supreme. My family has seen doctors for pediatrics, allergies and dermatology and we feel so lucky to get such great care. The administrative staff has also always been efficient and courteous. The facility itself is also modern and clean and bright. Highly recommend this clinic.

The wait time is way too long compared to the actual time you get with the doctor. The doctor always seems a bit rushed which made me uncomfortable although I appreciated the time she took to see us. Some of the receptionists are very very rude and impatient.

I've been lucky so far because the receptionists are usually very kind and polite. I take the time to ask how they're doing, too! But this morning (May 23rd), between 8:30-9ish, I had a less than desirable experience with a receptionist. Short blonde hair and a mean attitude. She was visibly impatient with me, scoffing and sighing. I was trying to figure out how to get an appointment with a surgeon after having so many appointments and people ignoring my health issue. Instead of showing me empathy, she was super annoyed, and another receptionist had to step in and help. The fact that another receptionist had to step in is terrible for business and inefficient. The other client she was serving had to wait, while two receptionists did the job of one. It's really unfortunate because now my anxiety is through the roof. I've been coming here for years, and it was my first time being treated like this.

The expertise and professionalism provided by the entire team surpassed all my expectations.They explained every step of the process with remarkable clarity, ensuring I was comfortable at all times. The follow-up care and advice provided post-treatment demonstrated the clinic's commitment to ensuring long-lasting results and my continued satisfaction. I truly do recommend this clinic, either for health related issues or for beauty related treatments, you can't find better in Montreal. :)

I have been coming to this clinic for over a year now. Dr Ben Shoshan is a great allergist and I highly recommend him. If it weren’t for him though I’d give this clinic one star. I recently came here for a blood test, which I paid $75 for. After waiting 45 minutes I asked the receptionist if a nurse was coming and only then did someone come. The nurse was new and didn’t know where anything was or what the protocol was. She was utterly lost. She would have benefited from more training. For a private service I thought I got 100% ripped off.

If it was possible to give a negative rating, I would do that! Very rude staff! The receptionists are not respecting the patients at all! Their job is communicating with the patients respectfully, but they are not competent to do their job!Dr. Reiter is knowledgeable but she also doesn’t care about the patients, she doesn’t communicate properly, she is always rushed. If I could find another doctor I would avoid this clinic. This clinic is all about money, not people, they push you to buy a premium service, to get provide the same service that they have to! Avoid this place if you can!
