Extremely rude, pickup paper says open until 8pm but closes at 6pm. To be honest, they close before 6pm. Arrived around 5:50 but they dismissed customers saying business hours were over

Outstanding sales and service. Friendly staff with positive attitudes. Located near the front entrance of the mall, inside. Lots of deals. Would recommend this place for your average shopping needs. Lots of variety.Just wish they had more natural products as selection. Nevertheless all good and positive experience.

It's one of the smaller versions of SDM with less refrigerated/frozen section. Lack of self checkouts too is disappointing especially considering how SDM is pushing for it at other locations which kind of made the entire process a bit longer.

I went to this Shoppers Drug Mart to get a flu shot. The place is disorganized and everyone in the pharmacy was too busy to answer any questions. People line up for flu shot without knowing how to register and there is no visible line up. Some people waited for 30 mins without knowing where's going on, others left because there were too much confusion.

DO NOT GO TO THE PHARMACY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A PATIENT IN A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY!!This pharmacy is a disgrace to the pharmacy profession! I booked a rapid antigen test for my mother and I here for travel purposes.When we arrived, the Pharmacy Clerk did not bother to acknowledge us. I indicated we were here for our test and she exclaims ok- go over to that counter and wait." That counter was 2 steps from where we were standing. The Pharmacist then approaches and not once even looked at us

We were suggested by my dad’s doctor to switch from Costco pharmacy to a smaller and closer to home pharmacy in expectation of a more personal care. Sarcastically it only takes one pharmacist to ruin your entire expectation and Rene was the pharmacist. I had been to the pharmacy a few times and most of the time Rene was there, she was not welcoming, is not willing to offer any helpful information, which is fine as I only needed prescriptions filled. This last time it really surprised me that she could actually be this much worse. So this is what happened: I went there to have pick up medication for my dad for the first time after switched from Costco. We were never charged but this time there was a charge of $5 for every prescription . It is only reasonable for a person to ask why there is a difference between Costco and Shoppers. She gave me a poker face behind the counter and said in a very rude tone: “I don’t know! Nothing is free!” There are many customers around, I have no idea what had caused her to be so rude to a complete stranger. I didn’t want to delay other waiting customers so I paid and left. But once I got home, I just could not let it go. She is so unprofessional and unwilling to offer decent customer service. I ended up registering a complaint against her with Loblaws as well as wrote a letter to the pharmacy owner. The pharmacy owner was really helpful and provided a lot of useful info which answered my questions. Hence the 2 star of the review. Don’t know how Loblaws’ customer relation dept will deal with this, but I am not going back and strongly advise ppl to look somewhere else for your pharmacy needs if Rene is still there. She completely ruined my day for no reason, this happened 1 month ago and I still feel like writing this review to let others know. No one deserves to be treated this way, seriously. Absolutely the worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with.

I came here for the flu shot. 2 people recommended the pharmacy to me. If you haven't booked for the flu vaccine, be sure to bring your OHIP card and fill out the form, while the pharmacist prepares the flu vaccine (15-20 minutes). After the shot, in case of any reaction the pharmacist will ask that you stick around for another 15-20 minutes.

In the past, without any lineup at the cashier, they have insisted I use the self-checkout. I don't know if this is store policy to have the associates insist we use self-checkout, but I find that extremely annoying. Stop trying to outsource your jobs, and damnit, pay your people what they're worth. I don't want to have to deal with your stupid robots whenever I need to buy something from you.

BE CAREFUL OF EXPIRED PRODUCTS!I live far away from this location but we stopped by on the weekend since we had to grab a couple household stuff. There was a box of Nestle chocolate (pack of 50) on promotion by the cashier, so as a pregnant woman, I couldn't resist but buying it.When we came home, my husband opened a bar of Coffee Crisp and I opened a box of smarties. Coffee Crisp tasted literally like a cardboard, and smarties was so discoloured and had white/ grey spots everywhere. Then we realized that it was expired months ago..I called them to warn them they are selling expired products. But the customer service was so rude and all they were was saying was that I have to come all the way back if I want to talk further. And they were keep on saying that they will satisfy me if I come back with receipts...?! I explained that I live very far away and don't need any compensation or reward, I just don't want them to sell the expired product to customer because it can be a health risk. I told them where they can find the chocolate since it's literally by the counter and it's on for sale( Obviously they knew what I was talking about- they wanted to get rid of it on sale because they were all expired), but they repeatedly said they are not going to check anything on the shelf if I don't bring my receipt and the product in, and they will satisfy me if I'm in the store...lol lolAll I wanted to hear was that they are going to check the products they are selling, and that they will prevent this from happening again.Extremely, extremely disappointed. Just make sure to check expiry dates yourself if you are going to buy anything from this store.
