I went there in December, few days before Xmas. I had my appointment, went there and surprisingly, it went extremely fast and extremely fine. Workers were of an extreme kindness.... From every ambassade I have went, French, Israeli, Canadian, Russian around the world, that one, in Montreal is by far the best one I have ever went.
