Kailyn has been a joy to work with over the last several years! Kailyn is well organized, easy to communicate with, and was supportive from start to finish of our wedding! She connects well with vendors and was a fabulous liaison, always advocating for our requests. She is very creative and helped us with beautiful stationery and signage for our events. Most of all she always met us with a smile and a plan, inspiring us to make our wedding day ‘our own’. We couldn’t be more thankful for her as we navigated the ever changing wedding plans during COVID- our wedding day was so smooth thanks to her hard work and coordination. She is a truly outstanding coordinator who’s warm personality and passion for planning set her apart, we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a coordinator!

Kailyn was the absolute BEST and made planning and the day-of coordination at my wedding amazing! She was sooooo helpful in organizing and planning out every minute of the day in the months leading up to the wedding and then running the show and making sure everything went smoothly on the big day! I would highly recommend working with her to make your wedding vision come true!!

Do yourself a favor, and invite Kailyn Andersen into your life. She was my North Star on my wedding day, and will be someone I cherish forever. When I think back on my wedding day, the immense gratitude I feel toward her is only (slightly) overshadowed by the complete joy I feel that marrying the love of my life was such a pleasant experience. If that’s not the sign of a job well done, I don’t know what is.

When Danielle and I began our wedding preparations, I was super lost and quite frankly overwhelmed. And I reference myself because I just don't have the planning gene in me, or if I do, it needs a lot of nurture! How to organize and how to plan an event like this? Many many details we were bound to overlook!Then, Danielle (my wife) told me she hired Kailyn to be our day of coordinator and planner. And while I was optimistic, I didn't really understand how helpful she would end up being.Y'all. Listen to me. You must hire this woman.Kailyn truly redefines customer service and you feel that she values this day and this moment as if it were her own.Meetings leading up to our wedding day were FUN and clear cut and our homework of to-dos was effective and paced properly. The documents she prepares and gave us to help streamline the process were immediately impactful and structured (and quite frankly next level organization). Kailyn worked to communicate with ALL of our vendors, helped with design, guest list, picture lists, packing lists and came to town to do a walk thru of the facility to go over layout, signage, and more, AND met with us and the caterer to contribute in ways only someone like her with experience could contribute!In person, Kailyn and her assistant were stellar. They are so personable and dynamic you might find yourself inviting them to dine with your guests at the rehearsal dinner!We loved Kailyn. LOVED her. I lost count at the number of times I thought that she overdelivered and surprised with little details we most certainly would have overlooked. She clearly has a vision for how she wants to do things and molds that with what you want and makes.it.happen!Would hire her ten times over.

Kailyn did an excellent job coordinating our daughter’s wedding. She anticipated potential issues and fixed them before they could become a problem. She thought of all the little details, allowing us to just enjoy the wedding and reception. She’s a great communicator, and she worked well with the venue, the florists, the band, our family and guests. We highly recommend Kailyn if you want someone who will help create a seamless and beautiful wedding. We are so glad she was the coordinator for our daughter’s wedding!Tom and Cheri DeClercq
