Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought an air conditioner few months ago and it arrived with a wheel broken off. Attempted multiple times to speak with customer service but each time I was on hold way too long. Finally got a hold via text and explained the situation. I requested a replacement air conditioner be sent.I was infield this was not an option and I would have to lug the ac back to the store, get a refund, then order a new one and wait. I explained it was going to be 40 degrees soon and as I live on 3rd floor I had to have an air conditioner. I was told nope we can’t help you.I was then informed I would be “compensated” if I did not want to go through all of that for $150. I gave in and said okay please put that back on my MasterCard so I can hire someone to fix the broken ac. I was informed this was not an option and they could only send me a $150 Home Depot gift card.The agent I was speaking to must have stated “sorry” about 7 times throughout this interaction to which I stated “sorry doesn’t help me unfortunately”Literally the MOST RIDICULOUS poor customer service. I will never shop at Home Depot again and for those of you who have read this- buyer beware

Clean healthy environment and lots of knowledgeable staff to lend assistance. The garden centre is well stocked with good quality plants.

Was looking for assistance with lawn care and trying to find a suitable product to use. The sales associate came over to ask if i needed help and i was appreciative that she did that..... the text is so small on the packages. Trinity was going to have someone else come to meet with me and she came back within just about 20 seconds to help with finding the right product. She read the label to me...... a case of age with vision here definitely, Trinity, thanks for taking the time to help with the sale, yes...... it's your job but it was great to see someone that really enjoys her work.

This is the best hardware store around. Left behind a boot tray at the bottom of the cart, went to the store a day later to see if they have found it. They didn’t but the store manager (Daniel) with his associates (Susan, Harry & the other lady) allowed an exception for me to get another one at no cost. That’s beyond standard customer service. Greatly appreciated! My go-to hardware store..

Have not been a big home depot fan but have gotten very good help lately wanted a price on siding went to Lowes and rona Lowes did not seem to have people to give a price rona took a while but gave me prices not a quote home depot had the quote on the day he said he would and the price was very good

Great service, fantastic hours, and rare home improvement materials you need. I would highly recommend checking inventory on their app/ website before going to make sure you know they have your item needs in their inventory. Good luck with the find.

Wish i could give negative stars. The abbotsford location was the worst location I have ever seen. If you are gonna have a question at all, do your research before you arrive cause there is nobody there to help you with anything. Don't get me wrong there is plenty of staff there. They just don't do anything. I waited for over 15 for someone to come help me after they got paged. Nobody came. They recalled and waited another 15 min. Still nobody. I saw 3 employees at the end of the isle having a conversation together. When I asked for help I got attitude from this miserable old lady who worked there. I ended up just figuring stuff out fo myself. Will never go back to this location. Shame on you home depot.

Visited the store yesterday to have some keys cut. From the moment I entered the store till I paid for my purchase, every employee was smiling, greeting me and asking if I needed help.I dont remember anytime since covid hit where I felt so good going into a store (as opposed to shopping online). They were very busy inside, and still made time for every customer. I am very impressed with the dedication to great customer service.Extra shout out to the older gentleman who assisted me cut my keys. I wish I grabbed his name, but he went the extra mile in helping me.Great job Home Depot

Had a DYI project for my dog we had to get done quickly due to him not being able to jump up on our bed anymore. A older fellow worker was very helpful showing us were every thing was we needed, and even showing us little less costly things to use. All the the wood cutting guy was great and did all the perfect cuts we needed, the slow lack of getting someone to the cutting tables has always been aggravating. They should have a service button or something there instead of customers having to go around the whole store to try to chase an employee down. For someone having a disability and excessive walking difficulty its just frustrating. But other than that overall great service.

I never write reviews but I felt the need to after shopping here yesterday evening.The store is average but- the employees are AMAZING. Hariti is an absolute angel.She was so helpful with both the materials I was purchasing and my 3 year old daughter who wasn’t listening very well after a long day. I’ve never dealt with someone so personal and helpful. You can tell she’s an amazing mother & person by the way she treats people around her.I hope Home Depot appreciates her as much as I did yesterday. Thank you so much Hariti!
