My company was referred to this company through a major coffee company that we have in-house. We met with the Sales Manager from VendPro at our facility and at first he seemed to be engaged and was going to get back to us with some answers to questions we had regarding installation of their vending machines at our secure facility in Ottawa.We waited and waited and sent emails to him. We never heard back from him and were completely ghosted from this Sales Manager and in turn this company. If this work was too complicated or he didn't want the job, then that should have been communicated to us.I would strongly recommend some communication courses for this Sales Manager and therefore, would not recommend this company at all. Very disappointing.
