Lorrie and her team are amazing and went above and beyond what I expected. I had been with my previous insurance company for almost 20 years and recently purchased a new car. When I contacted them to set up coverage they told me it would take two weeks to underwrite my policy but my car was ready for pick up within 24 hours, so I could not wait. Pressed by the limited time I had, I did a few inquiries with different companies but the process was so cumbersome. Lori‘s team helped me out after hours and was able to set up everything within less than 12 hours. The representative Frank that I spoke to on the phone was so patient in explaining everything to me and reassured me that I would get everything I needed to be able to pick up my car next day. I then got an email right from Lorrie almost immediately and she sent me a few instructions to follow but took the lead in reaching out to the dealer and handling everything between herself and them. With the stress of having to figure out insurance last minute this was extremely helpful and took a load off my hands.
