To be honest, I would have to say that this DQ would be on the bottom of my list of DQ's after 70 years of going there. It was staffed with all younger people that I feel really didn't care. The service was fair and the burger we ordered WITHOUT ONIONS came WITH LOTS OF ONIONS. I took it back and they said that they would get us a NEW burger but when I got back to the table, it was the same burger just with the onions scraped off and the inside of the burger looked like a TOTAL MESS with everything all over the burger AND inside the container it was in. I will not recommend this store to anyone for sure ! ! !

The cake they made for my daughter's 3rd birthday was incredible! Better than I could have imagined and the staff were so friendly and helpful when I went to pick it up!

Decided to check out new stacked menu (burgers) I usually love Dairy Queen hot eats however today was just an ok visit. 2 stacked burgers, i poutine, 1 pop and 1 large cone came to approx $30. Not worth $30 because the gravy was the most watery gravy I’ve ever been survey, burger Pattie’s dried out and they couldn’t scan my points app.

I indulged in a mouthwatering Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard, and it was absolutely delicious. The ice cream was creamy, and the mix-ins were generous and perfectly blended. It was awesome!

Was very disappointed when paid $15 for a flamethrower burger that only differed from the Wendy's value burger with a small amount of somewhat spicy sauce (mayoracha?)The $5 poutine was a much better deal.The place could use a deep clean and more frequent attention the the tables and washrooms...though that could be due to limited staffing.

Popular during summer! I'm recently addicted to the floats. Service is always slow because the line is so long, but the teens are nice enough. It always feels a tad grubby, probably only because the decor is decades old. I'll return because no choice - love the ice cream.

Ordered the special which was a cheeseburger combo. Honestly you definitely need 2 parties in these burgers. With one patty it tastes like a Mac Donald's burger. This time there was excessive mustard and I asked for extra extra pickles, only to get 3 on the burger. A bit unsatisfying but not then end of the world. I won't return for this special.Also note that I went to do the fan fave survey, only to be advised that since I had completed one in the past 15 days, I was not eligible to share my thoughts on the satisfaction on my burger. Their loss.

In-person service was abysmal (20+ minute wait for the food to be made incorrect and half the order missing) and the environment was unclean (mud on the floors, dead bugs in the windows). I will not be going to or ordering from this location ever again.
