The team at Terranova did an incredible job and we couldn’t be more happy. From the work on the pool, to the entire landscaping and brick work, not a detail was missed and everything was completed as promised.From day one, communication with the Terranova team was excellent and prompt. My project turned out just the way I imagined it. The serenity of the water feature, the beauty of the fiberglass pool colour, and the quality of workmanship all came together to make it a successful pool project. Rob, John, Grame, Jason and team did a fantastic job installing our pool and providing landscaping services. The project stated in March of 2023 and was completed in early June. Lots of anxiety, but as Rob said, ‘Trust the process.’ We are extremely happy with our new pool and landscaping.

We had the pleasure of meeting Rob & John this past spring of 2022 when our original pool installers fell through. Kyle, from their team, was able to schedule me a meeting with Rob where he worked with us to sort through some logistical challenges of the install that was neglected by the first company. We were so grateful that Terranova was able to schedule an installation soon after our meeting and a short time later we had our pool installed! The team working on our backyard were always very respectful of our property, and John’s careful eye ensured that everything was installed correctly to his high standards. Rob was always available when we had questions and was very patient as we sorted through some of our options. We even booked them to do our patio stone installation, which wasn’t part of the original scope of work.We also worked with Terranova to complete the back and front patio stone installation at our house. They worked with us to choose the best stone for the look we were trying to achieve. When it came to the work, the team installed quickly and with expertise to lay down both the front and backyard stones. The job was done well and to a high degree of quality, with all left over supplies removed from our property and the job site cleaned.We are extremely happy with our pool and stonework and can’t wait to use it for an entire season for 2023! I’m getting my swimming pool installed this season by the Terranova team and I’ve had a great experience this far. Mel and Rob have been so helpful but most importantly the communication has been amazing. This is a big investment and I feel at ease knowing I have the right people to guide me along the way.
