Calista is a gifted intuitive healer who offers many different services based on what your body and spirit are in need of on a particular day. I mostly go for massage to work through tension built up from long work days. She is awesome at finding the source of my pain and working the area with plenty of pressure to break up tough knots in my back and shoulders. I prefer her approach to massage over a massage therapist because she is able to hold a safe space to facilitate energetic releases of stored trauma which can manifest in the body as physical pain. I have seen many massage therapists as I have been dealing with chronic muscle tension for years. Calista is by far the best massage therapist/healer I’ve experienced. I have been to numerous massage therapist in my life as I have played competitive college hockey and have chronic headaches from shoulder and neck tension. Calista was the first homeopathic massage therapist that I had gone to and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Often I would go get a massage just to feel in pain again a week later, but with Calista I found that my pain was gone for a month to 3 months! I would recommend her to anyone as the experience she gives is incomparable to anyone else and how she relates to what might be going on in your life to your body’s reactions is truly amazing. Calista helped me out with distance Reiki. Extremely helpful and trustworthy.She gives wonderful direction before the session starts, so any questions can be reassured.I felt very calm and supported during the phone call afterwards, which helps absorb all the information.

She is very professional , nurturing and always accommodating. I love the flexibility in her hours. It allows me to have a relaxing treatment after putting in a full day at work or after a busy week on the weekends.
