Enhanced Care Cloverdale Walk-in Clinic

This used to be a good clinic..zpolish doc & Dr Lamber gone. Now: NO MORE!Was in agony with pain in 2 diff body parts! 2x needed to see doc. “I’m finished for the day”... it’s 5; won’t be able to see u; booked to 6. Go to emerg”. This even tho I had been coming here for 5 yrs! The hrs vary too much! Docs don’t care; get Ohip $ & go home. AVOID THIS PLACE!

horrible clinic, avoid it unless you want to waste your entire day waiting and still not be seen. i booked an appointment and still did not get to see the doctor after waiting 3 hours. broken system.

The receptionist was nice. But the doctor had zero empathy and just wanted me gone as soon as possible.

Arrived when opened I was the first patient, waited an hour in exam room, I was then informed dr was not coming in. So unprofessional! Find somewhere else to go.

Do not go to this clinic!! The doctors are so irresponsible, incompetent, and unprofessional. My brother had pneumonia and went to this clinic twice to 2 doctors, telling them he's been coughing for a long time. Yet they kept saying nothing is wrong and even lost his X-ray and caused a 35 days delay in the process which worsened his conditions. He's been diagnosed with severe pneumonia in another clinic which was caused by the 35 days delay that these guys caused.

Family doctor leaves this clinic and they've made ZERO effort on informing me until I called asking to get medication refilled. Now I'm without a family doctor or any way of getting my meds refilled. They don't care. I don't recommend this clinic one bit.

Receptionist, 40-50s Caucasian female, lacked any type of customer service and empathy.She looked like she HATED her life since she has to work.Sweetheart, if you don’t want to work, please quit and pursue a stay at home wife as a career.Clinic is overrun with walk-ins.Admittance process is unclear as receptionist claimed it’s a first come first serve but admits patients that come at a later time.Clinic mandates masks.

Been calling for 2 days to ask something and no one is picking up as they said they're on the phone with other patients. Really? Left a message to call back but no call back like they promised in their voice message. Yes, booking appointment is easy but sometimes there are questions that needs answer from a person.

I think I have strep throat so I went in on Friday to get a swab done. The doctor told me to call in on Monday for the result. I explicitly confirmed with the doctor that I'd be able to get my results over the phone and have the prescription faxed to my pharmacy if needed.I called over 30 times in the span of 3 days before I was able to get the receptionist on the phone; can you guess what she told me? I cannot find out my test result over the phone and must come in... for what? A 30 second appointment to tell me whether my result is positive or negative? I need to commute while sick and wait in the office with other patients for something you can easily tell me over the phone? No other clinic that I've been to made me come in for a two second response.
