We had to buy glasses for our 4 year old, after trying a few optical stores in KW, we came to Theodore & Pringle Optical. Robert the optician, although very busy, took his time ensuring we selected the best frame for our son. The customer service alone was worth a revisit, but the price definitely beats all other optical's in the KW region. If you need to buy glasses for yourself or your kids, I highly recommend paying this store a visit first.

If you have a CAA membership there is a discount. I believe it is 30% normally. At the time we were there they had a sale and we got 40% off. We got 2 pairs for my son. They also made the claim with our insurance electronically and we only had to pay the amount not covered by the plan. Great service overall. Will go back again.

Completely rude and unpleasant workers. The man I assume to be the manager has an attitude. Overheard them joking about a customer. Not to mention getting glasses from here is a nightmare; wife waited over a month to receive them. Don't even bother going into that store.

Went here about 2 weeks ago for an eye exam and everything went well, got my glasses picked and they told me they would be ready within 2 weeks, I got my glasses exactly in 2 weeks, and everything so far has been good. Staff were friendly and doctor was friendly as well. No issues and wide selection of frames, also they took my insurance coverage which was also good, no problems. I will definitely go back again when I need an exam or glasses. Also the prices are quite decent for the selections. Overall I recommend this place.

I love this eyeglasses store! My glasses got eaten by a dog and they are replacing them because there’s a two year warranty. Also great selection. I’ll never buy glasses anywhere else!

The guy there is very rude. I went there around 2 just to change the formula that supposed to be there, he said, you have to come back in two days because I work until 5 and I have more things to do! The ladies are so kind but this guy make the service the worst.

The customer service here was very bad, the gentleman that was at the counter never acknowledged us when we walked in. We looked around, the glasses seem to be of low quality no matter what price point wall they were on. I approached him about getting a quote. it was the highest one I received for 2 new pairs of glasses and 1 sunglasses. I understand a lot of people shop around when it comes to glasses looking for good price , good fit and style but customer service like what he showed here would not make me want to come back again.

My wife and I have been purchasing our eyewear from the Highland Hills Mall location of Theodore and Pringle for about 15 years now. Ben and the staff are incredible. We return faithfully because of Ben. I don’t know how he does it but he knows you by name as soon as we walk in. The level of service is top notch. Great promotions and they stand behind the warranties every time.

I went there at 7:15 pm and the manager said they are closed but I told him the website says 8:00 pm, He pushed back and didn't apologize for this so I agree with previous comments about bad quality service that can be provided from this company.
