Highway 11 Heavy Towing

I was traveling late around 1am just past Matice when I got a flat. It was dangerous on the side of the highway and Murray Heavy Towing came all the way out to help me there when no one else would even answer the phone. Then the next day in kapuskasing at ok tire they patch my tire on July 1st no less and got me on my way. Unbeli3vable service. Really saving me. This is a company I will always go to and recommend. They a4e honest and care about my safety. I felt like I was dealing with family. I am so amazed at the kindness given th3 days and times we are living in. I will and I recommend everyone us3 the towing service and go to ok tires. They are 5he best. I want to 5hank them again fo4 getting me home safe and sound to my family. Thank you!!

Panne sur l'autoroute à 1h de Kapuskasing, famille de 6 avec roulotte. Équipe très sympathique qui ont pris la peine de chercher un deuxième véhicule pour que notre famille puissse se rendre au garage. Ils nous ont même laissé utiliser leur cours pour installer la roulotte en attendant les réparations. Les réparations ont été terminées à l'heure qu'on nous a estimé. Vraiment service hors-pair!

Experienced a catastrophic tire blowout on our trailer while traveling on Highway 11 through Northern Ontario (about 2 hours west of Hearst Ontario). I was changing the tire on the side of the road, when a kind motorist stopped to help.We got the spare on and torqued, and I said I was hopeful that a tire shop nearby might be able to replace the tire, but it was late in the day. Turns out, the kind motorist worked for Hwy 11 towing (OK Tire). He called ahead to the tire shop and explained the situation, asking the tech to hold the shop open. We arrived a half hour after closing time, but the tech was happy to help with the tire change, which allowed my family and I to safely finish our drive to Thunder Bay.Tremendously grateful for helpful people like these guys at Hwy 11 Towing!! A HUGE thank you to Martin, Rick, and Joe for helping keep my family and I on the road safely! If you ever experience tire trouble in this part of the country, give these guys a call!
