I have been looking to rent a kilt for future events. I came across the Scottish Company. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. I went in and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I ended up purchasing a Traditional Kilt rather than rent. They explained the options available and I went with the Prince Charlie Package. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I ended up going with a Tartan from my Mother’s side, Brodie. My expectations were high and the Scottish Company exceeded them. They had everything I needed for that Clan! I would definitely recommend them over their competitors. They also have other Scottish based products and foods available for purchase. I look forward to future purchases. GREAT NEW LOCATION - What was already a great store for all things from the Highlands and the Emerald Isle, just got better! New, roomy location with a great selection - whether you’re looking for traditional Scottish clothing, textiles from Scotland or Ireland to accessories and jewelry, all can be found here and the staff are Berry friendly and helpful. Oh, and don’t forget to check out the little gem of a food market they have there as well. Can’t recommend enough and it just got better….

I’m very happy to find this store where they stock Harris Tweed jackets for men plus some packages of dry foods as well.

Huge store with a wide assortment of high quality options. We had a party of 3 being kitted for a wedding rental and the staff were attentive and patient, answering every question we had. The kilts, jackets, and waistcoat were of the highest quality.

I'm in Montreal; they're in Toronto, but I rely on them for staple foods and treats from Scotland. Delivery is fast, packaging is impeccable, and they communicate with customers with great courtesy and friendliness if anything's awry. A wonderful store, and fine old-fashioned service the likes of which one rarely sees anymore.

I have been here many times over the years – including having a gorgeous waistcoat made in my clan tartan for a friend’s wedding – but none of my experiences have been more important than the most recent one: renting a kilt package for my own wedding. The outfit looked incredible and, even though my bride was stunning, I still managed to collect more than a few compliments on my full formal attire.On top of the wonderful clothes and food and other special products we’ve purchased here over the years, everyone we’ve ever spoken to or dealt with has been so friendly and easy to work with. Went for a kilt rental, and everything went without a hitch. Service was amazing, the staff were great, and pick up was easy.

I had a custom kilt made by them and a some ties order for a wedding coming up. There were some manufacturer delays that were beyond their control, but they were very patient and understanding with my follow ups.They all turned out beautifully, and the service was excellent. They were very helpful in making sure that I have everything needed.
